I love this location, their plant selection is nice, the staff are helpful and the store is clean!

Terrible customer service. Employees are unprofessional, return desk disorganized, extremely long wait and no line no one there to help you. Ask for help and get an attitude. I will take my business somewhere else. I am a general contractor and thousands of dollars a week or. I do not need the hassle and my time wasted. Time is money.

My cashier was Monaya is she was very courteous and helpful.

I got the best guidance at this store

Easy, Fast checkout, Everything was in stock that I came to get. Only negative of this location is that it was hard to find someone who worked there to ask where the items were.

I've been coming here for many years. The staff is very kind. The customer service people did a great job today helping me with a problem with my flooring.

I choose most of the time to drive a longer distance to shop here than to the closer competition; it has more quality and variation of products. Besides the customer service its being always very good even on this pandemic times. Friendly and very clean.

Tried to buy two ceramic tiles. Told I had to buy entire box even though there were loose tiles on the shelf. Tiles had barcodes on them, so they should have scanned but they did not. Manager not helpful. Made one trip from front to back of store to get a SKU and was expected to do so again when it didn't work.

I bought a new power surge protector for my computer.

Everyone seems to be happy in that store.

Beautiful flowers and trees

I’m a local contractor that use this store on a regular basis. If you need quality customer service look for Bridgette at the customer service desk. She will go out of her way to make your shopping experience great. I sometimes wait around to get her assistance because I know it will be top tier.

I always enjoy speaking to a good number of employees, they know my name there in many departments. It is my local store so i visit almost daily.

Visited the store for a lift pump at checkout the checkout customer service rep was sucking on a lollypop watching videos on her cell phone the entire time during my transactions. I would expect this from a 16 year old however not a HD employee

The have a variety of things

This home depot location is my go to. The customer service is amazing. Marquis (store manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable on the store products. I will continue to visit this location for all of my future needs!

Tyrhonda was very helpful and knowledgeable, though she says she had only been there a couple of days.

None of the employees I encountered seemed to be interested in helping customers. The woman working self checkout was exceptionally rude and made sure I knew she was aggrivated that I asked for help when an item wouldn't scan. She had zero response when I told her "good morning" and "thank you" other than to walk away.

I had my highly active 7 year old grandson with me and I went to self checkout, the Clerk assisted me with getting him engaged with the whole process of checking out, seeing that our hands were literally full with items, and trying to keep an eye on him as well-she thought that I was his Mom, but I let her know that I was his Grandmother instead! And we all know, kids can be a hand full on any given day-no matter where you are! But this Clerk was a LIFESAVER in assisting me and I just want to thank HD for the way that they are training their Employees! Can't thank you enough!

Despite being overwhelmed with pandemic demand, Matt in appliances took time to help me locate the product I wanted and solved a delivery problem when it would not fit through our door! Efficient and cheerful.

Your new policy (the manager assured me was company wide) of no exchanges without receipt is is just bad. Why punish your loyal customers? I suggest company wide customer service training would be in order to build a better (the best) brand. You seem to care less and less about your loyal customers. :(

The Employees at the Midtown Home Depot, were friendly and visible on my visit. They were willing to assist me on my visit. I recommend this Home Depot. I was able to locate my fence products, and the appliances that I ordered, were available.
