I had a good experience and found everything I needed.

Before, going to this department was a nightmare, but its been some time now, that it has been easy breezy. Super upgrade!

All three employees that I had to deal to buy certain items were extremely empathetic and willing to give that extra mile to make sure the Customer leaves the store more than satisfy.

Home Depot needs more employees, very goodcustomer service.

Every time I come to this store, looking for plumbing stuff I look for Orlando. The guy, not only know abuot plumbing, he ALLWAYS gives solutions and explains whatever questions I have. At the pro desk, Patria is the sharpest knife in the drawer, and she has a gorgeous smile!

My experience yesterday was awful and I'm very disappointed

I was looking for a plant that could thrive in constant sunlight, since I'm looking for one for my outdoor balcony. Camila was a great help, helping not only pick out the plant but also the soil and the pot that would be best for that environment. She also gave me some tips to help out with the care the plant needs. Very satisfied!

Every time I visit any of the stores in the Metropolitan Area I find what I'm looking for. If there is no product, the employee who assists the area verifies its existence in the store, but these have been very rare.

I am not a good DIY guy and I have plenty of learning to do but at Home Depot Montehiedra, I've been told by more than one employee that "there are no stupid questions" and they always do their best to make feel at home and at ease that I will be given good advise.

The store is very conveniently located and the staff is very helpful.
