Montehiedra’s store has always been BY FAR the one offering the best customer service compared to the others Home Depot in Puerto Rico. I prefer to drive a little bit longer to get to the Montehiedra than to go to another Home Depot.

I must say that this store is crewed by the nicest, most friendly team of any Home Depot that I've visited (about 4 in PR, 2 or 3 in mainland). No smile lost, no question unanswered. Kudos!

I had items to return with no receipts and unsure whether they were purchased at Home Depot. Staff were very understanding and scanned everything. Items that were not from their store were returned to me and I was given a card for store credits. I have used part of the gift card to purchase paint, brushes, rollers, garden fertilizer.

All necessary & pertinent artefacts are found in the HD inventory,

Anything that I need, I go to HomeDepot at MonteHiedra and 95% I do find my needs, Employees al vey helpful and friendly.
