I’ve only shopped here a few times, but every visit I’m always blown away by the excellent costumer service. I always walk out having a good experience. I highly recommend this location, everyone does a good job when help is needed. Shout out to GG and Andre!! Great employees!!

Because I am almost a daily customer, most of the clerks recognize me both in the return department and the cashier. I feel extremely comfortable at this store.

I love shopping at this store. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful, whether I’m shopping for paint, gardening supplies, appliances or general hardware. How in the world do they always know what aisle everything is in?

I always find what I am looking for at Home Depot. I do wish that a discount be provided with use of their credit card.

We consistently shop at this Home Depot location. It is always very clean and the staff is most friendly and helpful. It is rare that they do not have whatever item we happen to be shopping for on any given day. The store itself is bright and easy to navigate. We are sold on Home Depot!

I like this store, everyone was very helpfull! I don't have to chase anybody. Every corner I turned, I was asked, "if I like any help". Cashiers were helpful on making check out quick and simple. Thank you!

My experience at this store was terrible. I bought a lot of siding from here and had to take some back. I came back to the store to return five boxes of siding, 3 pieces of plywood, and two starter strips. I went to customer service first and told them I would like to return this material. This woman asked if I could bring five, twelve foot boxes of siding into the store. I told them they would need a forklift and that is how I received the boxes from them. Then she told me to take the load down to pro services so they could unload the stuff. I went down there they unloaded the products and so then I had to go wait in the customer service line again. I get up to the line and tell the guy that I would like my money back for the return and he said I should already have it. I told him I want documentation that I was reimbursed. He then goes on to say that the receipt I have doesn't show the starter strips which is a lie because it had the starter strips item description number on there. He goes on to say he can't give me my money back because he hasn't seen the product. I told him that the people from pro services unloaded the product and he says he needs proof. I didn't know the names of the two guys that helped get the product off the trailer. I told him that I either needed a refund for the product or I wanted the product back. He tried to call people in the store and no one answered. No one helped him and there was no manager. We finally went to go look through the store after an hour and found my five boxes of siding, 3 pieces of plywood, and two starter strips. So he finally reimbursed me, but I was punished for following the directions of the customer service employee at the beginning to unload the product at pro services. The two departments don't communicate at all. The customer shouldn't get punished for bad management.

If you ae looking for complete product lines and good service this is the place to shop. My partner is vision impaired and I, who know nothing about tools or lumber or hardware can always find things. Great personnel!

I realize there is a competitor across the street from this store, but the customer service and variety/availability of product doesn’t compare to this Home Depot. The staff working in the store are knowledgeable of the products in their department and take time to help you in any way they can. If they can’t help you they find someone that can.

The cashier was very helpful and friendly. The new Store Manager is a positive influence in the courtesy and friendliness of the store employees. This store is better organized and very clean. I noticed the employees at the return desk dusting the floor with a dry mop. Very impressive!

If you’re doing a painting project, the Overland Park location has the best staff. I’ve been able to complete all my projects because of knowledge of this stores employees. They aren’t pointers- they take you where you need to be and stay with you until your questions are answered or problems solved. Very old school and excellent customer service. Very well run location.

They have fantastic products, in stock, with a wide selection to choose from. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I had a great experience shopping here and I look forward to going back. Thank you!

Excellent customer service!

Went to the store to discuss some issues I had with recent paint purchase. All the staff were helpful and responsive to my concerns and willing to deal with me. I left the store feeling happy and satisfied. I will return to this store again for future home improvement needs.

I have been shopping here for ages and it is my favorite HOME DEPOT.

Tal was my salesman and was very helpful. I needed a smaller sized power driver/drill and his education helped my pick out a great tool! He listened carefully; a great asset. And, overall, every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. At the checkout, Pam offered the Home Depot card, which afforded a discount on my power tool. Thank you Home Depot people and store.

I'm a small time handyman, and as such, i make frequent trips to Home Depot, sometimes 2 to 3 times per day. This particular Home Depot, with it's employees are to thank for my success. The employees almost seem like my partners, helping me to do a good job! They are consistently knowledgeable, professional and freindly!
