Linda Olson in kitchen design is terrific and knowledgeable in helping us design our new kitchen remodel and a joy to work with. She really made the difference and made the process easy and not so hard. Erika in Customer service was so personable and patient as we were trying to clear an Edward Jones check for our payment on our kitchen. Stacy in appliance was helpful and knowledgeable as we were picking out a refrigerator and oven. All three of these staff made our experience with Home Depot a very positive one. I just had one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Thanks to Rueben in Plumbing for saving my hide today when I had a bunch of galvanized pipe I hadn't even bought at this store, couldn't get the store I did buy it from to thread it (broken machine and unknowledgeable staff), and Rueben took care of it. He didn't have to, and he took a good amount of time with me to get the pipes done right. He was friendly and patient the entire time, and went totally above-and-beyond the call. Thanks, Home Depot! You're my #1 store for home improvement and tools.Thanks!

They had everything we were looking for

On a Tuesday night after dinner we went into the Shawnee , Ks home depot to do some Christmas shopping. We met 3 clerks on our way through the store. Each clerk was very friendly and helpful. We made our purchases and the clerk at the register surprised us and found a new way to save us half off on our purchases. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such quality people. A special thank you to cashier Stacie. Merry Christmas to all your families from ours.

Though I have not always been a frequenter of Home Depot, my visit today was exceptional. I needed assistance in three areas, and in all three cases I received above-and-beyond assistance from all of the associates. Erika, in particular, went above and beyond to resolve a pricing discrepancy for a very large online order I had placed. I left with everything resolved as or BETTER than I had hoped!

The store employees, specifically Tom, went above and beyond to help me find what I needed to improve my home!

Employee, Pam, did a wonderful job assisting me to locate the product I was looking for and helped me through checkout.

This store is always clean, organized and the sales staff is always so helpful. Wish I remembered or knew everyone's names, but they always make me feel welcome and offer assistance if/when I got lost trying to find an item. They also have a well run COVID reduction system of which I particular appreciate. Thanks Home Depot!

Moving from a small town in western Kansas, I was extremely pleased at the amazing customer service we received at this Home Depot location! I had no idea what to expect in a larger community but I do know that I will continue to shop at this Home Depot and appreciate having the friendly associates available to ask questions.

Overall the store was very well organized and I am thankful for the section to assist in cutting materials purchased. Kevin assisted me and was helpful, efficient and approachable.

Anthony was great. He provided a great service for Home Depot and I will always come back to this store because of him and some of the great employees that work there.

It can sometimes be difficult to get a simple refund. I needed a sizable refund that was already at two plus months old. I was pleasantly surprised when the Home Depot staff quickly took care of the refund quickly and with smiles on their faces.

Great Associates throughout the store. Find those odd things you need for your DIY tasks! Clean store and they have what you need.

This store was clean-all the employees -including cashiers and Assistant Sales Manager were very polite-took their time with me professional and could tell their main concern was to assist and make the customer happy. I definitely would recommend this store. I was helped and couldn't have found the hinges needed without assistance.

I went in looking for Halloween lights to decorate my outside. After looking for about 15 minutes I couldn't find the ones on the web site. Erika at customer service was able to find a better selection and give it to me at a great rice. She and the warehose guy names Mike went above and beyond to help me. I love this store, I've been shopping here for over 10 years and I am never disappointed.
