I have the best customer service today that I have ever experienced. I need two new porch lights, and new lightbulbs. Dave and the lighting department was so Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain every detail about the porch lights so that I Could make a very informed decision. I really appreciate this kind of customer service.

Carson helped cutting plywood and gave tips on cutting when I build project

Larry was extremely helpful with all the PVC pipe and parts, along with taking us to solar batteries. Carson in the lumber section was wonderful in assisting us with getting the right lumber and cutting it.

Usually I get very anxious when having to ask questions about a product, especially because some workers make it feel like it’s a bother to ask. However, with Elizabeth this was not the case! Her energy made me feel encouraged to ask or express any concerns I had about this vacuum I need. You don’t find many people like that anymore. She was awesome. Thank you Elizabeth! I'm building a 10x12 shed and Carson and Justin at my local Home Depot were a great help. Carson and Justin are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to deal with. My local Home Depot is always well stocked and clean. Most sales people are friendly and very helpful.

The associates are very friendly, helpful and also very willing to tell you the best way to accomplish the task you are buying for.

Today I got to experience a very smooth easy shopping due to Mr. Von, he was very helpful as well as knowledgeable regarding my needs and was willing to help.

We all know employees are ready to leave at closing time, but although I came in at the end of the day, Bri, Ron and Nolan were almost too happy and pleased to help me with the supply I needed. Great store. Great evening staff.

I thought HD was great when they replaced the plants I killed but today's hunt for door replacement materials was outstanding. Looking lost, I was approached by an employee (who it turned out was actually from the garden shop) who basically took my list and then directed us to the location of each item. Then, after checking out (friendly cashier) suddenly 2 extra hands were helping to load the big door into our vehicle. (Ann again!).

We usually come to the store because it is more or organized and we feel like there are more people on the floor to help if you have a question then some of the other stores

I had a lot of keys to be copied here and Dirk Johnson was very patient and knowledgeable about the different keys I had and I had a great time! He was so kind and I’m glad I ran into him with my key issues!
