good store and well stocked

The associate at customer service was so awesome- super friendly and offered to get a department manager to assist me. The associate in plumbing was great too- he knew exactly what I needed and was super friendly.

The store is running smoothly and Covid-19 guidelines are in place but not intrusive as before, the employees are not overbearing about it. That is refreshing.

The store is well organized and the workers there are informed of needs and willing to help if needed. There are times when a second opinion or idea is needed and they have been useful.

The product I wanted was not available. Prices are very high. Quality of gardening plants was below par. Worst of all, employees do not wear masks. I asked the cashier why he was not wearing a mask and he said Home Depot does not provide them and he does not have one!!!!!

No help in finding product I needed more of.

I moved back to the valley in 2015 and my first trip to this Home Depot was great! I was greeted by and introduced to the store Manager and he escorted me to the isle I needed. Ever since, I have been going to this store and always greeted by nice helpful people! I love this Home Depot.

This is how totally wonderful the personnel are at this HD. Thanks to the following people that assisted us in getting our TOSHIBA 15K Window A/C We asked for assistance from GABRIELA at Customer Service. She verified that there was one in stock. She called BRIAN & after finding the unit we had help from DUSTIN F/L driver, GLENN, JEFF, FRANK, MIKE, STEVE & CHUCK. SYLVIA saw us waiting, talked to us about if we needed help and brought us water, how wonderful. A few good employee's, others seem to just be present. Had to order lumber for a basic piece of wood, that should have been in stock.

Just one note if you are a contractor: Make sure to dress the part or they will ignore you. Had a cashier take the person behind me because I "wasn't a commercial customer." Tell that to my commercial credit card!

Took 2 and 1/2 hours to have 24 boards cut. Store personnel cut incorrectly first. Then constant interruptions of the store personnel supposedly helping me had me waiting from an arrival time of 8:45 am till 11:17 am checkout. I have made at least 150 visits to this store in last 9 years and this was worst experience ever. Store policy of constantly interrupting workers to cease what they are doing and answer phone or leave a current customer to help at other locations is ludicrous.

Excellent service from paint department

This store has very friendly staff who is always ready to assist. Store is always clean and things are easy to find. The staff will make things work with an other item or products if out of a certain item. I recommend this store hands down for the friendliest staff, fully stocked and clean store.

They always have what I need. They just need to work on there prices.

Great place to buy appliances (especially on Black Friday). It was nice to see most of the appliances in person and we got a great deal.

This location is my most favorite. Not only is it convenient, but the people who were at this location are helpful, friendly and just great people.
