I was looking for some items and CEM Jason Smith not only helped me locate them, but with the assistance of W. H. And Bill from the Garden Center, they helped me get them down from the upper shelf. Mr. Smith also assisted me by helping load my car. I haven’t experienced this quality care and service in a long time. These guys are awesome. Thank you!

Paula was a great help!

I’ve came to this North Richland Hills TX store every day for 4 years straight. Since the old manager left and the new managers came in, this store has gone to trash. Stock not available, overstocked on different items that aren’t used generally, merchandise displays blocking entrances and isles, dirty floors, crowded floors and isles. The list can go on and on. As far as the cashiers and floor personnel the store is great but the management sucks. Blame automated systems for not having stock that every other store has readily available, managers are rarely on the floor, they seem to always be chatting along the back wall when I come in. The only time the store is organized and clean is when the district and regional managers come for a visit. Overall I’m looking for a new morning store to start my day as well as having all our employees boycott this store due to lack of stock and wasted time not only from items not being in stock but also the time loss of having to maneuver through a store that’s cluttered due to all merchandise displays and other merchandise sitting on the floor.

I want to say thank you to all of the 10+ employees including (especially) Diamond and Nathan for trying to call over the intercom 5 times & directly contacting by cell your supervisor LISA 4 times for almost an hour of us waiting to get flooring ordered. This is the WORST manager I have ever interacted with anywhere. I own a business and I would NEVER put my employees through this kind of embarrassment and unsupport. The poor staff was humiliated by her lack of response and help to an upset customer and all ALL apologized to my husband and I repeatedly. They were ALL saying “she STILL hasn’t came to help y’all?!” After FINALLY getting a different manager who was actually working helping another customer, he then still needed her assistance to sign off on our order. Then we had to wait AGAIN because she couldn’t just click approve on her system phone that apparently pops up immediately and wouldn’t respond. He had to call her THREE more times. When she finally showed, she walked in no hurry & no apologizes. She put in her code and didn’t say ANYTHING to us. No apologies NOTHING as I was telling her how upset we were for having to wait an hour for her. She flat out IGNORED us. I have Will the manager as a witness. Linda neeeds to be fired for her lack of respect for customers and ESPECIALLY for these poor employees. Cashier was kinda cute

I had 6 hinges to return, with the receipt. The employee paid far more attention to other employees, threw two little fits while I was there, would not issue a refund to my card because the SKU numbers didn't match (even though the hinges had never left the bag and I had the receipt still in the bag).Then she issued a store credit for only five hinges, at a price less than I paid.

came in the store to return an item but also needed to replace it with another item that worked. Tiffany was rude from the start as soon as I approached the register she looked at me with discuss as if there was a racial issue. And her tone with me was not professional when I asked if I could get the item I needed so I could exchange it there. Instead she began returning without me asking how I wanted it to be handled and looked at me wierd as she proceeded with a transaction I didn't tell her to initiate. This is not professional and something needs to be done about her behavior. How she treats customers as this is not acceptable for your brand. Please look into this matter and address my concerns.

We went for paint and ended up with alot more things we saw lol. Store is great and Paula at checkout is AWESOME employee!!

a gentleman in the kitchen cabinet dept. helped us and was friendly and very efficient.

Got help at the return desk as to item location, found it right away and checked out, all within 5 minutes. Staff was pleasant and helpful for a return as well.

Can improve by offering solutions to problems. More experience people might help instead of so many teenagers.

I was able to find and purchase everything right in the store for my new kitchen renovation.

Jason is the best employee I've ran into any bussiness, I was in a bind and he provided the mircle my family needed out of the sheer graciousness of his heart.

There was no help when needed! My husband and I struggled to load drywall onto a cart while waiting for help to show up- they never did. We continued to wait for help to load the heavy drywall in our truck- NO ONE SHOWED UP. A nice customer and his WIFE helped my husband and I load it into the truck as best we could. We ended up breaking a light on top of our truck- VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This Home Depot is thriving!!!!! Clean, efficient, helpful, well stocked with a lot of options and choices in items! The staff in flooring was awesome! The girl at the front counter was efficient and on the ball to get our order brought up to our trailer out front of the building. The young men who helped load the flooring were courteous and most helpful!!!

Products is hard to look for, employees is not present when you need help.

The Pro Desk is very helpful and friendly. I come to this store because of the friendly way I am treated. Santina and her people go over and above and I appreciate that kind of service. I have had multiple Issues with Chris. He is rude and refuses to help. I had another customer tell me after overhearing my interaction with Chris that he was rude and that he has had the same issue with him.

Ty Reed is an awesome employee and she deserves a raise

This store and it's employees are consistantly great. The Contractor desk is up to date and extremely helpful with our orders- big or small and the employees always go above and beyond to be helpful. Santina is a such an asset to this store

Jim Worley in the Kitchen remodel department is the best! Takes time to understand what we want and make suggestions. Very friendly to work with. We met Jim by accident one day while on that side of the metroplex. Ever since we drive out of our way just to do business with Jim. Very friendly and VERY experienced in what he is doing helping us with new Kitchen cabinets. In addition to Jim's great service we then ran into Debbie who helped us install the Pro Extra Rewards App on our phones to redeem Perks! Thanks NRH!

Empty shelves due to no one correcting bad counts. The attitude of the employees is one of frustration due to management not caring about the many stocking issues at this store.

Went to this location. Looking for a couple of things I was looking for to remodel my home. I do mostly everything myself so looking for everything in the store was was a breeze. On my way to the check out I was greeted by an employer Ty Reed, made my day even better asked, how my day was and got me in and out the store very smoothly. The energy was very uplifting store was very clean to my expectations I would definitely come to this location again.

I came in with a problem giving me fits hooking up an ice machine, Stephen in plumbing had my out the door in minutes with an affordable solution! Great service!
