Key counter bad attitude

An employee Named Tucker was very friendly and helped me load my truck I had bought some stepping stones and be a female they were very heavy for me to load by myself and Tucker saw me loading them and he offered to help me

Lisa went out of her way to help me find the item I was looking for after I had given up and even helped me check out. Very friendly and helpful.

I visit the store at 6501 NE Loop 820 regularly. It's clean, well-stocked and staffed by helpful and attentive people. W.H. in the Garden Center is a wealth of information and knows his stuff. Michael R. in appliances was quick to initiate contact with me and my husband and has a warm disposition. Thanks to his informative and relaxed approach, we purchased our new washer/dryer set from him with the utmost confidence. The staff at the help desk has always solved my issues to satisfaction, be it returns or general questions about items for sale. When an item doesn't have a tag, the cashiers hurry to find the item and make sure we're charged fairly. I'm very happy that this is my home store!

I couldn’t find what I needed until I asked Jennifer for some assistance. She wasn’t rude at all, she was very helpful. Very friendly cashier. The store was clean and stocked which I appreciate.

I had to get my gas water heater replaced. The estimate they gave me through their service provider for purchase, installing, and getting its plumbing up to code was better than three other local plumbers quotes I had received. Finished the job in less than two hours, too!

Very professional and knowledgeable employees. I felt very safe and well cared for. Store really clean .lots of safety measures in place to protect their customers from the covid 19 virus. They had safety lines and social distance in place as well as all employees had on mask and some gloves. I loved that I felt like they cared about protecting us. Thank you for everyone efforts. I went looking for a appliance, and the employee was very helpful. Michael was so informative and friendly. He made the process of buying the appliance so easy. His customer service was outstanding!

The most uncourteous, rude and disrespectful people ever at this store. Would not acknowledge our presence in the store, accused of theft while paying for material and when we tried to resolve the problem the assistant manager Matt through us out of the store. I use almost every Home Depot in the metroplex, have been for over 15 years, and this was the worst I have ever been treated. Ignored, disrespected and then not given the opportunity to resolve the issues This store is the worst I have ever been in.

The staff answered my questions in relation to what was required for the job as opposed to what I THOUGHT would be required, so that I saved time by learning the correct way to proceed with the separate steps to prepare, and saved money by getting only the tools that I needed for the job.

I frequently use The Home Depot Store #0540 even though there are three Hardware Stores that are closer, The Staff from Cashiers to Department Employees are always friendly, available, and willing to help finding product or answering questions.

Store was very busy yet I got help from a worker and taken to find the item I needed. very Happy

Store was well stocked, most things were easy to find. Cashier TAYLOR FITCHNER was extremely rude to my family and to the people in front of us. When her coworker asked if she needed help she went off on him.

Always receive GREAT service at this location. Staff and management team take the time to inquire if assistance is needed even during peak selling hours.

Shopped here since they opened. Glad to have them handy. All departments, from Nursery to Lumber, everything in between, good quality. Hope we always have this Home Depot.

I've been coming to this store for YEARS. Over the course of time, I've pretty much found many things here on my own. Usually the store is pretty clean, it does get a bit messy, but it's a busy store. As far as customer service, it's hit and miss. You will have some great people working there and just acknowledge you to see if you need anything. Then many times, there are associates that are working and they have your back to you at customer service on their cell phone. Or many of them walk right in front of you without saying a word.

Good service and assistance, they also carry a good selection of products. Store manager ("Taylor") is very available to his emplyees to insure that if customers need special assistance...he is there to get things done!

I've been going to Home Depot since 2005 and have always enjoyed going there. They help alot and ask you before you get the chance to ask them for help. The store is always clean and organized. I really enjoy the experience. They make you feel welcome! Steve K.
