Excellent experience

This is by far the best Home Depot store that we have ever visited. The store is clean, well stocked, and properly staffed. Norris and Vicky always greet us by name and with a smile. Feels like a home away from home!

Our cashier Florence was great. She subtotaled some expensive lumber I didn't realize was priced by the foot so I could re-consider if necessary. It was a lot of boards of different widths and lengths which she wrote down in her pad and plugged into the register. She was fast, efficient and super helpful. Great lady!

This store has some great employees. Ira and Bethany in the plumbing department provide great customer service. They do not limit there help to plumbing only. They assist wherever they are needed. David in lumber was also helpful.

Very good manager in the flooring department. Lorenzo is his name.

Had product that closer Secor store did not

It's clean everyone there is very helpful and nice.

Jeff from the lighting and Electrical Department went above and beyond to assist me with a lighting need. He had expertise and superb advice in the project that I was taking on. He spent quite a bit of time 1 on 1 helping me find what I needed and sending me on my way. Very knowledgeable and experienced individual.

Its a hardware store. The store experience is more exciting when shopping for random sale items. Locating specific products, repair parts required some extra time and effort.

Store is always clean. Staff is always friendly, and helpful. I’ll for sure come back.

Store was clean and convenient but sour attitude of lumber manager ruined my trip. Cashier Debbie was pleasant and the highlight of my shopping experience.

They dont enforce the state mandate for their employees. Constantly seeing cashiers with their masks on their chin and not where it is suppose to be when customers are around and the sales associates don't even act like they care to help you.

Clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. The stock is a concern but that is everywhere with covid.

This home depot location is by far the best! The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful! They go the extra measure to make the trip unique and the experience pleasurable! Thank you.

Was difficult to get an answer related to the flooring we wanted. Initially told the store associate that it was a sunroom with tinted glass, but after the measurers came out, we were told that the flooring we picked could not be installed in a sunroom unless there was a UV tint or window treatment. The glass reflects 95% of the UV, so we were dismayed. Luckily, Lorenzo took the extra effort to resolve this for us. We now have an order in to have the flooring my wife wants installed.

Arvana was my cashier and I just want to say she was extremely helpful and nice. She better get award for all her hard work! Also your guys surveys inhale booty. I had to go through so much crap just to leave your store and this particular cashier of yours a nice review but by the time I actually got here I was worn out from all the darn questions.

Great customer service! They had the only patio heater in stock for 50 miles....

I recently went to this store and had a very positive experience with PAM in the PAINT DEPT. When a gallon of the stain I needed was not available, she went above and beyond researching her stock until she found what I needed. If your looking for old fashioned excellent customer service and need paint or stain, ask for PAM!!!!!!!!!!!! From now on this is "my store"!

FOR SOME REASON THEY NO LONGER ARE USING THE PLASTIC SHIELDS AT THE CHECKOUTS. THE CASHIERS JUST LEAVE THEM BEHIND THEM AND NOT AT THE ACTUAL REGISTER. SO IF YOU WANT THE 6 FOOT DISTANCING OR THE BARRIERS TO SHOP DON'T GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT. I HAVE BEEN THERE 2 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS AND NEITHER TIME ARE THE SHIELDS BEING USED ANYMORE

The store was nice clean but it wasn't well stocked and that's probably due to covid-19 but other than that it was good.

I want to make sure that Karen and plumbing gets recognized because on social media Karen's have a bad rep then don't be a Karen will this lady has changed that for me and should change it for everyone else that's named Karen because this Karen rocks she is the best she helped me with a project that I had no clue how to put together she found pieces for me she engineered it for me she cut and designed not once but twice I knew I can count on her for the second project I just went into night so that's twice in one week that this lady has pulled through for me she needs recognition her name is Karen she's in plumbing and she is the bomb thank you Karen for being awesome

Fix the problem of excessively-long waiting times at check-out. One easy way to do this would be to accept cash payments at the self-checkout registers. Kroger, and many other stores, already do this. Why can't you?

The various types of wet/dry shop vacs and their accessories, and their contents, are practically impossible to understand - what goes with what - what is included with what. Also, shelf identification and price tags are frequently mal-aligned with the products actually on the shelves.

sometimes I think homedepot should give incentive to customers and employees when you give it come back great
