Ever since I've bought the Rio plants I've been very satisfied. These heat tolerant plants have always remained fresh throughout the year. The freeze destroyed one of mine this past season but they are beautiful and give life to your patio/yard.

I was very surprised that this worked. I did what the instructions said. Found the section of lights that were out. Marked them with the clips. Then plugged the sting into the LED keeper. LED keeper did it's job. Each bulb that worked lit. Found the bad bulb when it did not light. Proceeded to the next bulb then the bulbs on the other half of the marked section did not light. Confused me. Tried putting good bulb in the first socket with a bad bulb. Then unplugged string from LED keeper and plugged back into wall outlet the whole string was now lit. Amazing.

This store is the best by far. All the other stores Are not as good as this store.

I bought my Echo weedeater several years ago and for some reason I was having trouble starting it. At Home Depot, a guy working that isle, explained to me that I should replace the filter, the spark plug, wow,now it works, I don't need to buy a new one. What a savings

We bought a Traeger, it was assembled and ready to go. Many to choose from.

I was in a fog about what blade to get for a recently inherited jig saw. Harlan saw me staring at the wall and educated me about which blade to use for my project and why. This store always has what I need.

I went looking for a weed eater and edger and Debra the garden area was quick to help. She was like the encyclopedia of gardening. She helped us with our purchase up to the register where we met Devin the cashier. He was so friendly and happy. So refreshing to see people actually enjoying their time at work.

Make the drive to Selma unless you like being treated like a step child.

Angela W is amazing. Patient and kind. Will definitely send clients and friends here to shop with her. And also with Wayne B in Electrical. He also went above and beyond to make sure I had all I needed. See comments in other part of survey. Both of these employees are exceptional. Keep them and find more like them.

Everyone were so helpful to help if we needed it. Cashier, Anica Flugrath was so helpful as a cashier yesterday in the garden section. She showed her love for gardening.

This store has a very helpful and friendly service

I had multiple interactions with several employees and they were all kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helped me with anything I was unsure about. My parents also love shopping at the New Braunfels location when they come to visit.

Though an 85 mile drive from my residence, this was the closest store with in stock inventory of the 600-239 Concrete Splash Block. Conveniently accessible from IH-35. Friendly, professional staff. Clean, well stocked.

If for some reason you find yourself needing great customer service, seek out Laura or DeDe. Two of the most friendly dedicated people you will ever meet.

While shopping today I received the usual great service. Keep up the good work.

Just got my Tomato bug killer and I'm thrilled to kill them.

So I shop at Home Depot in new Braunfels probably anywhere between 3 to 6 times a day there in a week. I have projects all over NEW BRAUNFELS going on and I’m always greeted with a smile and cheerful. This is an amazing team they all work together to make sure they get the job done to help the customers out to find what they need, especially if they can’t and they will go above and beyond and try and find it a different Home Depot.

Hailey in self checkout was very helpful with my concerns and knew exactly what to do. Made my night even tho it was a very big purchase. Hailey also went above and beyond by asking and helping load my products to my vehicle and taking my shopping cart back to the cart bay area. She also took her time saying how much she appreciated our business. I would like to say she is a great example of a great associate. Great job!!!

We’re in the process of redoing our flooring upstairs, and couldn’t be more pleased with the products that we bought here at Home Depot. The staff was friendly and helpful and Gina and flooring is fantastic knowledgeable and friendly.

I often need help when going into a hardware store, and oftentimes, that’s hard to come by. At this store, people were eager to help even when they weren’t in their department and I was acknowledged by every worker no matter where I was in the store.

Adrienne helped me through a complicated order on my Home Depot credit card I applied for, received approval, but then I preceded to be locked out of my account. She saved the day!

I bought washer, dryer and refrigerator from this store. The associates at this store did not know what they were doing. Many mistakes were made from the time I ordered until I purchased the warranty.
