The store was clean, very well organized, and the staff is always friendly and ready to answer all our questions.

Very neat and clean Home Depot store here in New Braunfels, Tx. The outdoor garden cashier was very polite and professional. We will be back to shop!

The worst customer service I have ever received! I just went in to have some house keys made(urgent) and Marie, an employee there, was absurdly rude. Do not recommend taking a trip to The HomeDepot right off of I-35 in New Braunfels. For some context: she told a coworker that she would help them if she wasn’t making these “essential keys” in a mocking tone and proceeded to tell me to “move” and she would make them, when I told her I wanted six keys done and I politely said I was sorry and didn’t know I had to move for this and she said “yeah because there is kind of a pandemic going on?”. Once she finished with the keys, she dropped my original copy in between a crack and said “I dropped your key, you will have to get a manager for that” and walked away! Please don’t let them have Marie assist you! After she walked away she took her “essential break” and the manager kept paging her on the intercom and as we were driving away she was walking back into the store from smoking!!

Thank you to all the employees and management working through this pandemic. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous - from a distance. I appreciate that you are looking out for our health and safety and still providing a necessary service. This store has always been my go to for home improvement and gardening. I am able to find help when I need it unlike some of the other stores in the area. The employees are knowledgeable and informative.

Always helpful and have just what I need

Cashiers in my opinion need to reflect a positive attitude. They are the last impression one remembers of the visit! Jackie did not smile, had a blank stare about her. Maybe put her somewhere in the back.

This particular store is very clean and well managed better than most. I used quite a few home depot stores around Bexar and Guadalupe Counties and I will make the drive up to this store whenever I need something because they are more customer oriented that most and you have a more pleasant shopping experience.

I really appreciate the help from Wayne. He saw that I was looking for something & offered his assistance. I dont usually get this service whenever I shop in any home improvement store. I tend to have to roam around awhile searching for either item or someone to help me.

I have always loved this Home Depot. I have gone there for many years and even have a Home Depot credit card. This is until I was left embarrassed and in shock over how my military service was discounted since my ID does not say ‘service connected’. Needless to say, (competitor starting with ’L’) has earned me as a customer and I will do all of my tool and supply shopping there. Where they appreciate my service. Home Depot check out even has a laminated card to show us less worthy veterans that we don’t get a discount. As if even asking for the small discount is not embarrassing enough.

Worthly business to assist this area in any type of action looking to take care of. Employement great!

Vickie at the service deck is drop dead gorgeous! She has a beautiful smile & loves to flash it! I love my hometown HD!!!

GETTING BETTER AT KEEPING STORE CLEANED AND STOCKED

Didn't see store during daytime. Didn't have a chance to walk around to see stuff. Am in process of moving to New Braunfels, and we are redoing the flooring in the house we'll be living in. Stopped in on the night of 9/21/19 to set up a time for someone to measure for the flooring we select. Took a very long time but finally got an employee who was super nice but not that helpful or knowledgeable. Had to go to another person who was with customers, so it was a long wait. Timing was just bad, probably. We love Home Depot.

My husband and I both really like this store. It has everything we need plus very helpful and experienced employees. My husband visits this store at least once a week, if not more.

The Cashier Mrs.Michelle is always on point very polite and fast with her services awesome lady.

Moved here recently to NB. Very friendly and helpful service. Prices are more reasonable .

This store is clean, organized and the folks are just plain friendly. I order some items and pick them up here and most of the time the item arrives before the due date. When I ask for assistance it nice to know the employee will stop and take the time to help. VERY nice!!!

Have to watch for the entrance since it is before the sign. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Plumbing Department will leave you hanging and help another Customer out as if you are invisible AFTER asking for assistance. You're about to be shown what you're looking for and someone asks for assistance and instead of informing the Customer they're assisting another Customer and will be right with them in a moment, you're left standing there! Oh but once you say "Nevermind I'll find it myself" magically Associates are all of a sudden interested in helping you out. I watch those YouTube videos and roll my eyes, now I see exactly what they went through! I'm in complete disbelief.

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The contractor desk will help you plan your project including all the supplies needed. That saved me so much time!

I came in here looking for specific products, I found them pretty quick. The variety of products available was amazing. I did ask for assistance at one point and was received with a smile and not attitude. This was a major plus

Contact Tori if you need expert help in the lawn and garden area. She also helped answer questions from other sales associates about riding mowers. sharp young woman!

The employees were very friendly and welcomed me to Home Depot. I had a employee named Chris that came over to me and asked if I needed help and spent like 10-15 min with me, I have a bad rat problem and he suggested the right things I needed, he was so happy to help me, you do not see much of that anymore.
