We live sbout 35 mikes from the Home Drpot in Oak Harbor, WA. Yey, we shop at the Oak Harbor Home Depot at least once a week. We own a 25 year old Island home on a shy 5 acre forested lot. We have a number of both inside and outside projects on which we are working. The Home Depot in Oak Harbor is our "Go to" store for home improvement, DIY, and lawn/garden products. If you live on Whidbey Island, there seldom is a reason to travel to the mainland for home and lawn/garden products. The Oak Harbor usually will have everything that you may need or want. We encourage you to shop at the Oak Harbor Home Depot for all of your home and lawn/garden needs or wsnts!

The only hardware store I’ll shop at in Oak Harbor. Great customer service and fantastic selection. The kids workshop every month is amazing as well! A+

Home Depot in Oak Harbor has a great staff that is always fast, friendly and efficient.

I had to build a stand for a doll house and not only did I find everything I needed to build it I had a very helpful man Walter cut 10" off for so I could go home and build it right away. Everyone here is helpful which you all know is rare.

We cannot think of a time where this location has not had what we needed with home repair and renovation! The staff is ALWAYS helpful!

Bought a RYOBI one+ leaf blower, good tool, but Claire, Clara Belle and Chrissy, hit a home run with their customer service!!!!!

We live an hour away from this Home Depot, so it makes a difference to have great, knowledgeable customer service when we are in the store. We really appreciate how efficient and friendly everyone is, and how organized the store is.

When it comes to customer service in today’s world it’s rare to find. What is outstanding customer service? An individual who cares about the customers objectives, actively listens, and offers solutions that meet and/or exceeds expectations. My recent experience was shopping for a new washer and dryer set. Love it when I find an employee who is passionate about the products they sell and do their homework on the manufacturer ratings and what the consumer reviews are as well. Jim at the Oak Harbor store was extremely knowledgeable and truly cared about what features were most important to me in the buying process. Thank you 😊

Jim provided very useful assistance with instore ordering of the freezer we chose. He elaborated on the advantages/availability of online vs instore purchases. Assisted us in updating our account to optimize and save on future purchases.

it is great to have a national chain locate here on Whidbey Island, since we have relatively fewer shopping choices than on the mainland

Same as always... Lack of staff assistance, cashiers missing with self check wide open. Catch a clue HD we don't want to do your job. Oh and as usually what I needed was out of stock again. Simple foam insulation to finish a project and some metal trim, well at least the had the trim. Oh wait every single piece was bent...ugh

We were using an old pressure washer and it stopped working. The Ryobi electric unit I picked up work fantastic and we had the job completed faster and with a very impressive performance.

Was looking for a specific part for a project and I was assisted by multiple people to help me find what I was looking for to get started above and beyond what I expected!

The item I had planned for wasn't available on the shelf but was on a pallet. Erin and Mark were quick to assist and was able to get my item after all instead of elsewhere. Exceptional customer service!

Purchased a TUFFSHED and the sales person AIDEN at the PRO DESK was such a person with the attitude as if he was the guy buying it for himself !! He searched for the best buys and free upgrades!! AWESOME

The staff at the Oak Harbor Home Depot, and especially Bill from Hardware, are there to help! I was in a time crunch to catch a ferry and everyone pulled together to help me get what I needed and get on my way quickly. Very friendly, helpful team, super clean store, great levels if inventory! Upon my event of not having staffing/knowledge of the many items in the store, I sought to get direction & multiple suggestions to pure chase a Micro oven, and facet appliance,as well as electrical items! This whole 5-times visit returning, frustrated me! Jaskson assisted
