Was in three times today to buy mulch. First time no problems. Second time the bags wouldn’t scan. It took quite a while for someone to come to help the cashier. Third time-all good and Joe helped load my car with a smile. Thx Joe!!

Remodeling several homes and the team always comes through

We remodeled our kitchen through Stacey. She gave us a fantastic design and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Stacey was next to us through start to finish. Anytime we needed her assistance, she was there for us. She is professional, detailed, informative, extremely talented and knowledgeable.

Staff was polite, friendly and very helpful!

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from a Sales Associate named Matt at Home Depot. He assisted me in finding a battery-powered weed trimmer, and his patience and dedication were remarkable! Matt's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for customers make him a valuable asset to your organization. This positive interaction left a lasting impression and makes me prefer shopping at Home Depot over the other national home improvement stores in the area.

Paul, Capri and Jerry are amazing employees of Home Depot! In short, the 3 mentioned above turned what was a bad situation for me into an amazing situation. I am so grateful to have experienced such grate people!! Helpful and honest. A busy store, but clean and organized!

First, I search the Home Depot site for the availability of the product I need. then I search the store to find which lane and shelf the product is located. Next i go to the store to find it and make a purchase. If I can not find the product I go to customer service and ask for help.

bought a heater few weeks ago it no longer works I paid in cash but did not have reciept the lady at customer service somehow remembered me buying it but would do nothing. i only wanted to exchange to $50+- heater. i realize i had no reciept but i had my id and again only wanted an exchange. never again will i shop here

my two sales representatives named Star and Lori went over and above what was expected to help me and my husband.

Looking for a 75 gallon water heater. Found a knowledgeable rep quickly. 75 gallon was not in stock. Rep said someone would call me that day. Took my contact info and I received a call that day. Got what I was looking for and installation was smooth and efficient.

All the people at this store are smiling and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop here.

I recntly went in the Berlin store to purchase a impact wrench for my 19yr old grandson I was undecided between Ryobi (which I love) and Milwaulkee. After a discussion with the employee I decided it was best to go with the Milwaulkee

These guys at the local Ocean City home Depot are awesome I can honestly say I've never ran into an issue that hasn't been remedied to my satisfaction I've never left that store feeling unsatisfied as a customer and the staff you can't ask for nicer people they're good to us contractors the homeowners most of all their friendly with each other most of the time you see home improvement stores that always have the inner drama where one coworker doesn't like the other I don't see any of that in this store everybody gets along and everybody works together as a team I don't know how they pulled it off to have so many people to get along and to do their job as efficiently as they do I always joke around with the staff and tell them that when I put my tool belt down I'm picking up a home Depot job application lol

I had just had a bad experience in another store but as soon as I walked into Home depot everyone greeted me with a smile and that made me feel better. I didn’t know what I was looking for but a worker named Jason immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me.

Stacey was extremely knowledgeable about kitchen design and the available products. I had tried to create the order myself online, but it was not user-friendly at all. Stacey answered all my initial questions and helped work through the design of my kitchen and was able to order everything I needed. I was extremely impressed at her level of professionalism!

I am The Owner Operator of OceanPinesHandyman and found myself in a jam today. I took on a job installing wallpaper and was honestly in over my head. THANK GOD FOR CAPRI!!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 She immediately identified something I overlooked. (Lots of things actually) The wallpaper is not self adhering, so basically, I need to do it "The old school way" Which coincidentally she has done before. First and foremost, every time I go into the OC location, she is BY FAR, my favorite face! She is always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and has a completely pleasant relaxing vibe that I can truly appreciate being a 1st year business owner! My hairline has gone back at least an inch this year from stress, but her gentle, relaxed disposition helps me maintain my focus and my hairline. Im a mess, but she calmly takes her time and asks me all the right questions. This has been the busiest year of my life, so its easy to overlook the small stuff, but she consistently sets me up for success every single time I go into thee OC Home Depot by thinking of EVERYTHING for me. She always reminds me to get good before shots of my work to help my buisness grow. Who does that? Shes an unbelievably helpful person and is pivotal to my success at this point. Above and beyond does no justice for Capri. Well, technically, you sold me on wallpaper installs today, so let's hope I do a good job tomorrow Lol. I was in to get parts to refit an outdoor shower and found the customer service provided by Grant to be exceptional. He was knowledgable, personable, and patient entraining my questions. Clearly the best customer service I have ever received in any retail location!

I was reluctant to ask a store employee for help because I was embarrassed about not figuring out how to build my sink based off youtube but I figured I would give it a shot. Grant helped us out by showing us how to build the plumbing in the store from all the required items we would need. He showed us which size supply lines, shutoff valves and everything.

I have been very satisfied with shopping in the Ocean City Maryland Home Depot. The people are great to deal with. A few times the inventory seems to be low, and I have to order items. Other than that, it is a great store.

Very happy with the variety of products available in the flooring department. Displays for carpet and wood were excellent and the pricing comparible or less expensive than your competition. Would definitely use your products again and recommend you to my friends and family. Thanks HD

We've just purchased wood flooring and carpeting for our whole house. Jessie made it very easy for us didn't push but stayed focused on what we wanted and helped us to make a decision.
