In my opinion this has been run poorly for years. Recent management change has shown some improvement yet many associates behavior is unacceptable. Online orders and pickups work the best. The poor approach to service exists today. Rude immature adults wearing no identification act as if the customer is not to be served. Embarrassing a customer into feeling unwelcome or breaking some rule is not acceptable. Managing inventory over sales is not a customer fault. Not to be yelled about down half an aisle as a problem. Clearly there is a conflict of interest inside the store as far as who is running the operation. Be warned. You matter! Make your experience known. Corporate America is in the dumpster.

We haven't visited here in a while. We were pleased at how helpful the employees were when we need help locating product.

Today I was helped by a nice girl named Karlee at the register, she helped me get through my transaction quick and easy with a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. I will definitely be back in the future to see Karlee for any help I need.

Your new Company Policy and 3rd Party Refund Verifications Policy is a chronic failure to the common returning Customers. It would be different if there were a threshold of a dollar amount to cross before this ignorant 3rd Party Verifications Denial Policy would take place. As it stands now, the 3rd Party Return Verification Policy treats all (lost) non-receipt Customers like they are criminals based on other individuals' fraudulent actions especially if paid for in cash when purchased. This was a $7 toilet connector that your inventory, as well as your (own) transaction records, could be inaccurate. There was another large Retailer (HQ Hardware) about 20+ years ago that decided to start treating its' own Customers with absolute disregard with policies like this 3rd Party Return Verification Policy, and then in the short term of years; began their (own) slow crawl to bankruptcy because they forgot about the thousands and thousands of dollars that the returning Customers had already spent with them, and made it too difficult to do business with them. Sad way of doing business.

Our most recent trip was for 56 deck boards and Keith in the lumber department was outstanding! Pleasant and friendly and whistling the entire time he was helping us even out in the hot sun!

When I went in for a few items (furnace filters, water filters, & air cleaning filter). After associate direction, super simple and all associates along the way greeted and ask if I needed help. SUPER SUPER store. Love going to Home Depot

Very rude and unprofessional employee!

I went to the Pell City Home Depot a few days ago for something's I've been needing for my house. I didn't know what exactly to get for several projects and the employees went above and beyond to help me get it done! Thank you so very much! ,:)

Berlexis at the Pro desk was extremely helpful in getting me signed up for a Pro Card and getting building materials shipped to my worksite.

One of my favorite places to go sometimes I just go to look around they always have good deals on items and the availability is always a plus never really have to wait on anything.

While shopping recently I was impressed that every associate I encountered greeted me and asked if I needed help finding products. They were sincere, courteous and friendly. When the combination drill/driver wasn't available, an associate provided a suitable substitute. Good job Home Depot.

The Pell City store has great people working there in my opinion.

Needed help repairing a soffit job I'd never done before and made a list from a YouTube video on how to do it and what I'd need and an employee walked me through the entire store and helped me get everything I need to complete the job next week! Was honestly blown away that he was willing to spend that much time helping me because I think he was a manager or something ( he was sitting behind a desk) and the guy who was most knowledgeable with what I needed help with has just left so he assisted me throughout the entire process and would not accept the 20$ tip I tried to give him. Maybe Its against policy but I don't know...? Anyways it's people like him, and also the other staff members at this location are why I keep coming back. Keep up the great work and you guys have a knack for hiring good employees obviously. Very impressed. 😊

I enjoy going to this store because it is always well organized and all the associates are always willing to help you find what your looking for or share what they know about the product we are about to purchase.

A big shout-out to Joey and Richard in the Paint Dept. They were so helpful and asked about our project. It was a pleasant experience.

We regard these guys as an integral part of our team. They have our orders ready when they say they will. Great at loading. They are helpful with our choice of materials and products. These folks are much more knowledgeable that most stores. I think it is because there workers do a lot of volunteer work (Habitat, and work on veterans homes).

My pansies are delightful little flowers I bought from the Pell City store.

Looking at flooring for our bedroom and there was a big selection!

I had a specialty order and Trey in plumbing along with Maggie in customer service went above and beyond to meet my needs.
