We generally purchase more than we the project calls for, to avoid return trips to pick up something unexpected. This store always makes returns of unneeded material easy.

Told us we would have to load up 30 bags of mulch I side the store by ourselves. We asked for a pallet to be brought out, she said sure, turned around and never did anything g.

My wife and I were looking for a new range, Our sales associate Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This experience was easy and quickly satisfied!!

First off I love the product selection at home Depot. On the other hand when customers need help loading products you're better off going to another store. Purchased 20 cinder blocks, asked the cashier to get help with loading due to back issues she said ok. No one showed up to assist. Very disappointed.

This store has the most helpful and kind employees. Hands down my favorite DIY store.

You go into a store and there are no employees to help you. This is not the case at Home Depot. The employees here go out of their way to approach you with a smile and they offer help. It is that way everytime I go there. Customer Service is ALWAYS calling up certain employees for the item you are looking for.

I purchased carpet from Heidi in the flooring department. She was easy to work with and so knowledgeable about the product.

The Pell City Home Depot store has almost always had exactly what we need, and the folks at customer service have been super helpful. Associates are always available to help, and Linda the cashier is the best of the best!

I went to buy items for new store and Kim came up to help me. She knew every product I needed was, what the specs were and even helped me with color ideas. I bought those lampshades Kim. She stayed over even when her shift was over. I am handicapped and she stayed with me. I didn't buy the items that evening due to a tornado warning alert. I was back the following day with my sku # and got my items thanks to her and her determination to help me finish my list. She is a Great employee who knows her store. She is also a very kind and helpful person to be around. If your seeing this Kim, thank you for helping me out like you did. I would never have gotten it all by myself.

Home Depot Pell City is the best. The employees make this a great store!!!

I was very pleased with the associate Andrea Smith, she was helpful in assisting me with my purchase on both of my trips to your store.

The customer service logistics person, Dominique, helped straighten out an online order that had been cancelled but not properly credited. She then directed me to the items I needed and applied my remaining credit to my purchase. At the loading doc, Abdul was friendly and helpful in spite of my having driven into the lane from the wrong direction.
