The store is busy but not too busy that you don't get help when you need it.. favorite one, surely.

Literally way too expensive

Called prior to see if the saw was working, 3 hangups, when I finally spoke to someone, was placed on hold for 10 min, when she came back she said that I would have to call the lumber dpt.???, Also all my cuts were 1/4 inch short.

While in Uniforn and presented ID card no military discount on items purchased. Home Depots new military discount is apparently ran by nonmilitary people. They asked for a copy of my ID card which is illegal per Title 18, US Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701. I supplied a copy of my orders and it wasn't good enough.

This store has long been my favorite Home Depot The folks that work there are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

A wide variety of available products

As an interior design firm, we hang a lot of chandeliers, most having slightly different bulb requirements. We were able to get 90% of what we needed as only one type was out of stock since we bought the last 6, though we needed 8. We were a little disappointed that none of the exterior lighting were actually of chandelier quality (needed for a covered outdoor seating area). We are taking our chances on an indoor rated model, hoping it doesn't corrode soon. :( The "Wayfair" bolts we needed were not available anywhere, but the staffer helped us try to find an alternative. He got on the lift to find a new box of 5/16 x 2" for us. We had a great experience with Jay, who couldn't have been more helpful, like a personal shopping assistant--pulling things down from shelves, getting us a second cart, guiding us through plant selection. All-in-all, a good shopping experience; better than our regular St. Petersburg store although we don't often go there on Saturday.

EVEYBODY WAS SO HELPFUL ANY TIME I COME TO HOMEDEPOT.

I had a few hiccups with my kitchen cabinets, customer service and several other employees helped. All we're friendly and quick to get the problems resolved. Will definitely choose park place Florida store again

We went to our local Home Depot to pick up some items that we needed. All the items were in stock & the prices were great. We had a great cashier & there was no waiting to be checked out.

Super friendly and helpful associates. Jay, in outside garden checkout line was awesome. Funny, helpful and polite. He checked me out then even walked me to my car to help load! Great customer service!
