Parking is abundant and parking lot is easy to enter and exit with multiple choices. Friendly, helpful employees, well stocked store.

PINELLAS PARK STORE IS THE FRIENDLIEST STORE WITH CLEAN SURROUNDINGS. A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP.

I did not have a good experience at this particular Home Depot store. The shelves had not been restocked with items that said they were available online, and I asked for assistance from 4 different employees in reaching the item I needed, all the way at the top of the shelves, before I wandered around the store to find myself a tall ladder, dragging it across the store and using my car keys to open up the box of product that I needed to finish a particular kitchen sink renovation. It seemed to me that each employee was stationed to a particular section of the store and even when they were not busy helping other customers, each employee was not able to leave their particular area for assistance with customers. I waited 15 minutes while my husband went searching for other items he needed, before returning and taking our own action. There was not a single employee at this store who was particularly helpful or friendly. Also, please note the store was NOT busy when I visited, on a Sunday late afternoon. It was very empty.

I've already completed the survey but I wanted to take the extra step in making sure the customer service provided at this store is recognized, especially sales cashier Lisa. Thank you.

I have been coming to this store for over a decade and i knew the staff unfortunately i went to Puerto Rico and a year later i came back into a different scenarios!

Please! Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. It's obvious by service at that unit over past 10 years, they have no intention of caring for customers like they did at start. Associates avoiding you, wrong advice for proper purchases, lack of seeming care that you even spend money there.

No matter what type of service you have in the store it doesn’t matter when you get to the register I have to bring up their own purchases. Absolutely unacceptable !!!

I came in and as I walked, I felt like I was going to have a panic attack in the store. I desperately needed help getting my air filters for my A/C, but could not go alone and felt stuck. So Marna, one of your employees walked with me (which calmed me down while we talked). She helped me find what I need and helped me choose an inexpensive brand that would do the same as the brand name ones as I was on a budget. I was embarrassed,but she was wonderful! I believe she deserves a raise.#Grateful These days, even at work in any situation many would not go to those lengths to help another. So thank you Marna. You are a gem!
