I special ordered this Summit 24" gas range 2 months ago, it took several weeks to finally arrive, and when it did it was damaged. The shipping company was Estes. I asked Home Depot if they would at least discount the appliance, but said that due to the maker of the range they could not. It has since been installed and works fine. I was just disappointed with the entire process.

I have never been in a Home Depot that the people were so helpful & nice. The 2 pictures below are what my Kitchen looked like when I bought my Mobile Home and I will Post pictures after I finish my new Kitchen. I will be spending a lot of time at home Depot with this house, there is a lot more to do!

Most employees are consistently rude when asked for any kind of assistance.

Ron in tool rental was very helpful in setting me up with what I needed to do my project.

I bought the flowers before mothers day and could not plant them until after mother's day because of weather and they died

I cashier type person to run the self checkout. But 4-5 employees hanging around the Pro checkout. No one available to answer questions about lumber.

the Appliance center staff was amazing! He took the time to make sure I found all the appliances that best suited my family's needs! Excited to see my new kitchen!

I'm very satisfy with all the product I shop from Home Depot they have good quality products and more reasonable prices that anyone can use for any project.

I don’t expect to get a whole lot of customer service when shopping at Home Depot. So I was extremely surprised with the INCREDIBLE service I received recently at the Prescott Valley, AZ store recently. They bent over backwards to help me. (Thank you, Becky and Mark!) I just wish I lived closer to this store so I could shop there more often.

The employees are always helpful, particularly today and the store was very busy

Need something to protect windows from heavy rain and winds. Rainwater tends to run down and gather on the windows, We live in a older mobile home.

Rebecca, Karen and the rest of the Pro Desk staff go out of their way to make sure we get what we need in a timely manner.

I waited 45 minutes to get load for a pallet of concrete when the store wasn't that busy and there were 2 forklift operators available. I had to go gunt them down. I will be going to the competition!!!

I'm new in town and doing some work on the new house I just purchased. Every time I've been in this store I found help from one of the people in each of the departments. They go above and beyond to help. Big props to All of you home Depot folks

I made a return and made a new purchase which was seamless.

We were really happy to be able to return some items that we didn't have a receipt for. The cashier, Tori, took her time and deciphered the problem which is that we had used two different credit cards. It's amazing how they can just look up the receipts by using your credit card. Thank you!
