I was being helped by an employee, Mike, when a customer asked Mike a question. He explained to the customer that what he was looking for wasn’t in but he could check another section. The customer started to argue with him and demean him. I stood up for the employee because it was just rude. The employee, Mike, is known by 80% of people that go in there. Everyone is happy to see him. This customer proceeded to cuss me out even as I and Mike walked away and then complained to the manager (brown hair goatee manager). I waited until he was done and then tried to explain what happened to that manager and that manager blew me off. He clearly does not like Mike. I go to this store (there are two closer to where I live) because of the employees. They are great!! The customer in this case was a jerk, and the manager...I hope he takes a hard look at his actions as well toward his employee. Sad when a manager will take the side of a rude customer over an employee, especially when the situation was explained to him.

I could not find what I wanted at this home depot. The store was either low on supplies and bits I needed and did not have the plywood I wanted.

The whole store was great! I worked with Ashley and she was amazing. Took her time and cared. I really appreciate that!

Home Depot shouldn’t assume the ALL VETERANS have online or App access. Your management and Customer Service is absolutely terrible at this location!

My wife and I shop at this Home Depot regularly and always find it a pleasure. The layout is well marked, the people are friendly and professional and the variety outstanding! Some people go to the mall to walk around, I go to the Home Depot.

Today an employee by the name of Reese failed to remain professional with me as a customer. I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot on Bloomingdale for overs 2 years and NEVER had any issues with an employee. Reese thought it was wise to argue with me as I was shopping in the store. I usually spend anywhere between $400-1200 at this Home Depot. Like I did today but REESE’s actions and unprofessional conduct today makes me feels as I should take my business elsewhere. I attempted to speak with Reese so that this mistake would not happen again but his poor behavior did not allow our conversation to end on good terms. Kudos to Julie and Jose who took their time and spoke with me, to bring peace in to the situation.

Tonight at 9:30 PM an employee named Austin went above and beyond to help me find a 4x8ft white vinyl lattice. The inventory reported there were several pieces in the store. After searching inside the store he eventually located the pieces outside the store with a flashlight in the dark. It was very much appreciated.

I always shop Home Depot because of the easily accessible helpful and knowledgeable staff that are always so willing to educate and recommend just the right thing for any projects, Home Depot is my go to store, great products, good prices and most importantly great service all around

We bought major home appliances (Refrigerator/Washer Dryer) from this location. On both occasions our experience was great, and we are very satisfied with the appliances.

Certain items are great

In the past year I have encountered many employees at Home Depot Store #6380. Manager Michael, customer service representative Julie, appliance salesperson Aida, and cashier Kristy. These have been extremely wonderful shopping experiences with very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable personnel. Keep up the great work!

It is my first stop for home improvement, appliances and plants! Usually get what I need at a better price than anywhere else.

Such a better atmosphere to shop with most of the employees having such great attitudes. By far the best in this area.

I have lost temporary use of my normal mobility due to heart surgery complications and your girl, Tanavia took care of everything to help me get checked out, even though I needed several different receipts. She did everything with a big smile and great service, need more like her. Thank you for taking care of her.

Store was clean and customer service was wonderful and cashier experience was wonderful in the garden area as I experienced it. Rhonda is very very friendly and asked if I found everything I needed.

The store is a basic Home Depot as you would expect. I give a “1” rating due to how the cashier treated me upon checkout. He was rude, with no acknowledgement upon initial interaction such as a simple “hi”. He proceeded to scan my items, then simply dropped them back into the cart. After 4-5 items, I asked if he had any bags we could put them, at which point he told me where the bags were and said I could do it if I want. Great customer service.

Everyone is very knowledgable and very attentive. Everyone is so nice.

Upon entering the store with my elderly aunt, who has cancer, I requested a wheelchair. The first young lady tried to help but didn’t know how the wheelchairs worked. She then went to customer service and asked Stacey who was without a customer for help. Stacey told her to ask the employee next to her who was in the middle of a customer transaction. He was clearly busy and asked the young lady to ask someone else. At this point I’m wondering why Stacey who is only wiping down her counter for help and she told me someone else will help me. Stacey then walks to the end of the customer service with nothing to do and just looks. I then asked a gentleman named Ken for assistance who didn’t even work in the department for help. Ken was very nice and helped us right away. The experience was positive due to his help even though most of the wheelchairs were dead. It really made me mad to see my aunt struggling to stand there while there were 4 employees in customer service with one customer. Thank you to ken and the nice ladies in checkout. The customer service department really needs help. There’s no excuse we needed to get the middle chair out of the lineup wheelchairs because it was the only one charged at 10:00am. The Customer service department was very disappointing. Stacey seemed most disinterested in doing anything but standing and looking busy to not have to do work or walk 20 steps to the wheelchairs. She probably shouldn’t be in the front at that desk but in the back stocking.

They had everything I needed. There was a lady in the back, working near the storage boxes and where you sit down for drapes maybe? Her, and Stacie, from customer service is what gave this a 5 star review. I never, or rarely, write reviews...but sometimes you have such a great experience with an employee...5 minutes out of my day is worth it. She was helpful and remained positive the entire time I was there. 5 star!!!

Efrain in the lumber department is very courteous and helpful. Also, Kristy who works in the last checkout lane is very pleasant and helpful. Both of them should get a well deserved star. Thank you.

Store doesnt honor military discount. They give you the run around to get discount. Always saying its the wrong kinda ID
