I tried to buy over 1400 dollars worth of material for my house. We were treated rudely, ignored and we never got the items we needed.

Alicia Girard could not be bothered to help a customer purchase a washing machine. Tess and Lora were only kind people we met.

I went to my one and only first place to find what i need for stuff..today was rainy, cold and getting late i went to HD for grass and usually find helpful person that wud ask if i needed help…today nothing…boy was a jerk

Today an emploee helped me get my car key open and replaced the battery. He found the right battery and installed it for me. I was so happy! This same employee has helped me before with an AC filter and may have saved me from ruining my ac by installing the wrong type of filter. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. The world and businesses need more like him. Refreshing. My whole experience today was refreshing. Another employee greeted me, and she made sure to get me the help I needed. She was very professional. Thank you!

Employees did not help a 65 yr old woman load refrigerator. I had to ask some customers around.

I was told that an exchange item with a military discount was no longer allowed without being registered with home depot. I was told that my military ID was not a "real" ID. I will not ever shop at this location again.

This store is very run down. The parking lot is striped for compact cars instead of pickups, good luck trying to park and then opening your door. And when it rains there are huge lakes in the parking lot. The shopping carts are worn out and barely roll, there are always lots of out-of-stocks of common items, and never more than 2 of the self-checkouts are ever working. You can always expect to wait in line to checkout here. This store is ridiculous.

The worst customer service I have ever had. It took me an hour from entering the store to load my new heater for my parents house in my car. Three worker men were just playing with tools in between me and my heater. Not one offered to help take this 150 heater off the shelf into my cart. I had to ask them and then got a comment of yea I guess this is heavy. I was so frustrated I just wheeled my heater to my car and leaned it in my car and pushed it in myself.

Employees are very friendly and helpful

We are remodeling a new to us home in Seguin and have shopped Home Depot and love it. We find so much help and all our needs are met each time we go! The store is clean and the staff is so friendly !

Where I live, there are two other Home Depot and three other hardware stores that are closer. The folks work customer service and the cashiers are always friendly, which keeps me coming back. Usually not to hard to find help. Some places you visit forget they are in business because of the people that shop there.

Stay away from returns if possible

Sad day when the employees don't give a bit on your problem.

Home Depot in Seguin, Tx is by far the best Home Depot I've ever used. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff. Well stocked and neatly organized.

We're building a house, it is very easy to fill out an order on line, receive email when items arrive at store and go pick them up, and some items they will deliver to the house, but I would rather pick it up than try and plan when to be at the house to receive. The best part is the Seguin TX. store employees at the service desk are always helpful, happy and actually care. Which is awesome and they always ask if I need help loading items into my truck.

I walked in the store not knowing where to begin on cabinets. I stopped at Courtney desk and she immediately started helping and guiding on what she thought would help. I truly appreciate Courtney
