Helpful signs so we bought all necessary attachments

WE PURCHASED A NEW WASHER TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN A WEEK.

The store in Seguin is good for a small store. My only complaint is that the website will say items are in stock when they are not. I’ve also been told items are out of stock, only to walk around the store and find a full display of the item.

Laura was friendly and efficient in processing my transaction. I was on my lunch hour and was very happy with her service.

Regina in the Garden Department is AWESOME.

My cashier Brenda, was very friendly and outgoing. Great customer service from her. Also Richard in flooring was very friendly and had great customer service.

I have been shopping at this store for over 2 years now and the customer service and training seems to be improving.Keep up the Good work!

I was buying stuff for my self propelled mower. Blade, air filter and plug. They had everything I needed!

Always friendly and helpful employees at our Seguin Home Depot!

Seguin Home Depot is a cesspool of lazy employees that do not want to assist customers. The Manager could careless about the integrity of the employees and their willingness to help the customers. There is never anyone available to assist with doors and windows. I had to get my own lumber from the upper storage with use of the ladder that the lazy employee gave me to use. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

I've been shopping at this store for many years and come to know so many employees that made me feel so welcomed there. And very helpful when I need assistance. I do live closer to other home depot store but I prefer to drive to the Seguin store. They are the best!

Good customer service in various areas of the store. The associates were readily available to give assistance, from a lady who made a key for us to Angie at the Pro Desk to the gentleman who helped load a tractor into our trailer. Everyone we communicated with was friendly and helpful. Thank you Home Depot for making our visit pleasurable!!

Employees here are very helpful. I was in a med boot and a young man offered and went and got me a cart to drive and the next day Ken in plumbing was very helpful to us figuring out the parts the plumber needs. We will be back!

Fred in appliances is great it was the moral weekend and he was not only supportive very informational and his much as he helped us he was also training another girl we really appreciate his quick response and his kindness , he would be a great manager! The store is very short staffed but yet we got the best service we appreciate everything Fred did for us and all the information he gave us to make the transaction smooth and we left the store feeling very confident in our purchase.Thank you Fred the Dirks

Excellent service. Excellent worker.

When you post a large sign saying masks are required, then allow numerous patrons to walk around and shop without them, you are in effect saying that the health of your patrons is not a concern of yours. Either get rid of the sign or enforce the requirement. Are you so afraid of the few customers who circumvent the requirement? Very poor management and lack of leadership.

The aisle's in the store is so full of displays the you can not get past other customers or move large items

I enjoy making visits and hope to make more. Lots of sales and promotions ongoing but I couldn't find out what they where.
