Just brought our wood splitter. We are so happy to have something we wanted for a long time. It’s new so we have to wait to see how it’s working

We needed special parts and they had them. Great customer service and great prices!

All products are properly displayed and easy to find which means I'm in and out and back on my project in the least amount of time. All employees are ready to answer your questions or help you find a solution ie; direction in reference to your visit.

Self checkout makes me an unpaid employee. Hire people to help customers, not machines

Every employee in the Blinds department really knows their stuff. They were able to get a manufacturer to replace and then refund with a product that failed (not Home Depot's fault) and get me into a new set of blinds. It was complicated but their communication and tenacity was incredible. Five stars + one!

Sherrie Dodge in Flooring and Sunday in the back office were excellent through our flooring project from start to finish. I would recommend both Sherrie and Sunday if you choose to do a flooring project. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, attention to detail, all around excellent experience.

All the employees at this particular store have been so helpful. Everything from a window blind order that needed to be returned (manufacturer fault not HD) to advice on how products work and what might be the best for my problem and needs. Really, the employees here should be celebrated. The level of customer service for a big box chain retailer is a pleasant surprise.

We had exceptional help from Terry in choosing the correct light fixtures and necessary light bulbs ... quick responses, opening packages to help us see what we may buy, and anticipated needs extremely well.

Staff was helpful and nice!

One must use both hands to open the plastic bags. With no nearby table or shelf the customer has to hold the bulb against their torso with their upper arm. Too easy for the bulb to fall.

The overall store staff is friendly and helpful. I would suggest if your a tool guy like myself, go to the pro desk guys(David and Ralph) they are super knowledgeable, are able to maximize your dollar and match your needs with tools that suits you. Thanks guys!

Shout out to Sale Representative Max at Sherwood Home Depot! Max in the appliance department is kind, patient, and super knowledgeable about appliances. He helped us compare and contrast LG Washers and our washing needs. Purchased a great LG washer on sale - $351 off the original price.

My wife and I with our little dog had a great experience with Max late in the evening while deciding on what dishwasher to buy to replace our very old Bosch that I had repaired once before. When she saw how hard I was working for 2 days trying to repair it again she had mercy and we went to the local Home Depot to buy a new one. Max was not only very knowledgeable but made us comfortable while we made our decision.

So it was the Fourth of July and everyone was closed except for Home Depot. I had a water heater go bad and I have four girls living in the house. Brad was able to get me into a good priced water heater. He then offered his services to come over to my house and install the water heater after he got off work at Home Depot. He did all this on the Fourth of July without hesitation. Brad showed the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. We will be going back to Home Depot in Sherwood because of him. I would recommend this Home Depot in Sherwood, because of Brad and workers like him there.

I purchased Materials for a fence to help a nonprofit and the staff, especially Mario, was very helpful and even discounted the materials for the project. Home Depot’s willingness to provide support to the community and the staff have turned me into a lifelong customer.

I had the best customer service buying four appliances. Home depot is delivering and installing and hauling my old appliances away !!

Rob, in the lumber section of the store was super nice. He very patiently made several cuts in a piece of plywood for me.

When purchasing our refrigerator, Max was indispensable! He gave me the info we needed, helped make sure we understood tricky parts of home installation and managed the tight delivery calendar in a way that worked great for us. I highly recommend making your purchase when he is there.

The Sherwood, Oregon store was not only clean, tidy and organized but Fred who helped me find a couple of obscure plumbing pieces went way above and beyond the norm to make sure I had the right parts and Mat at checkout was terrific and motivated me to download the HD phone app.

I'm working on a project where I need to paint some wood frames black. Dave in the paint department was able to get me the primer I needed. When he heard what color I'd be painting, he offered to tint the primer for me, something I never would have thought to do on my own. Super helpful, glad I ran into him!

When I shop at this Home Depot I appreciate the discount given to Veterans. I appreciate that they always have a motorized wheelchair if I need one. I also appreciate their friendly cashiers, especially Olivia.

The store manager, Geri Downs, is incredible at making sure customers are satisfied and feel valued. This is my third home improvement project using Home Depot and their exceptional vendors. I am certain this window covering project will be great as well.
