Max at the Sherwood, Oregon Home Depot is an employee that is very helpful and friendly. He saw a need in another department from the one he works in and came to the garden department to help. He did not at the time have any customers in his home appliance section. We were looking for a blow up Halloween Mickey Mouse and they only had the floor model available. He moved a massive ladder over to the yard decorations and unhinged the model Mickey Mouse blow up. We were delighted to have both of the Halloween Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse blow up lawn decorations. Max is awesome! He also sold to us a few years ago our refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven. He was incredible working with us to buy our home appliances. Max knows all the information about home appliances sold at Home Depot. He answered every question we had about home appliances. Max is friendly and helpful!

Nice selection, the friendliest help of any Home Depot in the Portland metro area. Found the special pre-hung doors I was looking for... Nich helped me find the right hardware,,, etc Super nice

Employees did not say hello or ask for help. Good luck getting their attention from their morning conversations and the people in the orange shirts will not even make eye contact? Who are these slow moving sloths?

I work in CA and OR a lot. This is the best store I’ve used in a while. Staff is bright and attentive yet stealth. I usually get the help I need right away. And, they appear to be sincerely enjoying their work. Wow.

Literally no one works here. I walked the store for 25 minutes and couldn't find a single employee.

i will drive a few extra miles to come to this store. they are not as busy as the one in Tigard and i always get better service.

Terrible experience! "Salesperson" who was supposed to be helping us never came back. Not enough of a very basic item in stock. Store computer system said there were 3 boxes at the store (not true), and that we could find the other 17 boxes at 2 other locations. Guess what? They weren't at those stores either! Had to drive to six different locations to try to piece together the amount needed for a project. Super disappointed. Get your computer systems in order, Home Depot! Inexcusable service all around.

The Sherwood Home Depot is filled with friendly and helpful people. We love shopping there and, although a little further than other similar stores, we will always drive there to shop. Thankful for the people there who are always trying to help meet your needs and make this a good shopping experience!

Well the paint guy ignored me. He has before this time too, he has very bad customer service. Why are dogs in Home Depot? There is no food for them, they can't build or repair a house, it's ridiculous. Of all things you limit people in the store, but people are still bringing in dogs especially big dogs none of which are service dogs.

A young man in the garden department (AUSTIN) provided excellent customer service during my last visit to the Home Depot store in Sherwood.

I love shopping at this Home Depot! The store is layout makes it easy to navigate. The store associates are always willing to answer a question or lend a hand.

Had trouble locating a product in paints. A store employee helped me locate what I was looking for, even though it was not his assigned area. He focused on my request, and found exactly what I was looking for. Appreciate the service as always from Sherwood HD. Also appreciate the veteran parking spaces.

Great store

as a company I know to always treat my costumers with respect and dignity but unfortunately manager Becky doesn't feel the same way, I will say if you need to buy at Home Depot just go to the Pro-desk with Mica and Frank they are great very knowledgeable, always happy to help and best of all make you feel welcome.

Excellent service from the time I walked in the door. I had people come ask me what I needed right when I walked in, they directed me to the right aisle and the right people to help me. Karen and Becki in the paint department, knew their products and were a great help. Linda K. the cashier was kind, friendly and patient. Thank you.

This store had a great selection of microwave ovens at competetive prices. Max was great to work with.

Awful customer service could careless about their customers.

Rude unhappy personnel. If it's not their department, they will not help you. If you do find someone from the correct department, they act like you are putting them out by asking them to do their job. Worst customer service ever.

Staff were very helpful during our shopping experience. I always appreciate going into this store as I can easily located the items I'm looking for. No major shifting of products like Costco. Clean and presentable throughout the store. Teagan was friendly & interacted with positive conversation. Especially helpful at checkout as we had several gift card transactions. Go Wildcats!!

This location is convenient, neat and has a variety of home appliances. I personally had a great experience finding what I needed with friendly employees.
