Nice store with friendly employees.

There were so many different products for the various items I was looking for. I just had the most pleasant experience shopping at the particular store. It was Labor Day weekend and the majority of the associates were Veterans....how wonderful! I'm also active military and it just made my heart smile. I will definitely be coming back to this particular store. THANKS

I have had the best shopping experience here at the Home Depot in Snellville GA when it comes to home improvement needs and I will recommend to everyone out there

My experience was ruined today by Joy this cashier carried herself in such a way as to not adhere to the ability of a cashier to have the empowerment to suffice customer needs. Additionally the rudeness, mocking, and laughing to a customer is against customer service practice. The garden was left poorly stocked and very messy and sloppy, as well as the plants were underwatered

This was the best service that I have gotten from this store and I will be coming back to see her again real soon

If you want the best customer service and knowledgeable individuals, come to this Home Depot! Jaylah & Lauren are great assets

I was looking for a outdoor rug and Jamie Brown, Asst Manager at the Snellville location offered to help me. I did not know which rug was the best one for outdoor. The one he selected goes perfectly with new my patio set. It is absolutely beautiful!Thank you Mr. Brown for your and assistance.

RICHIE THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ANY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS I NEED FOR MY HOME REMODELING. THANKS TO HIM I REMODELED MY WHOLE HOME WITH ITEMS I BOUGHT AT HOME DEPOT DURING COVID. IT WAS NUCE TO KNOW AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ON WHAT TO BUY AND HOW THEY WERE USED. RICHIE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL.

I purchased heavy items in Garden Center and needed assistance loading - Cashier paged for Customer assistance for me 5 times and no one came. Not only is this store short staffed the employees there try to avoid working. Save your back if you need help loading and buy elsewhere.

During my last visit to Home Depot I was in the store for approximately 10 minutes. During that 10 minutes I was greeted at the door when I first entered, I was directed to the item I was looking for without any attitude or unfriendliness. And at check out I was staying through my purchase and asked to complete the survey. Can’t ask for more than that during a 10 minute shopping trip. Good job Home Depot.

I bought 2 items at the Snellville store 4/10. I was overcharged $1 per bag of Miracle Grow and$1 per Roundup. Then took 45 minutes to get a refund from Customer No-Service.

They brought down lumber when the stock was low so we could have great boards.

I needed help with a seasonal item and several associates offered to get it down from the top shelf to purchase the item

Phil in the paint department is very rude to African American customers. After his first interaction, I stood and observe him for about 40 minutes and realize his interaction with white customers is much friendly and totally attentive to their needs. With the African American Customers he is very rude, no customer service.

WE WENT INTO HOME DEPOT TO PICK UP A MOVING BOX AND ENDED UP PICKING UP A FEW OTHER ITEMS BASED ON THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED. I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE.

I have purchased, building material for Bathroom, Kitchens, Garden, Decking, Roofing etc. and appliances from this store. Since its grand opening, I have shopped at this home depot for over a decade such I have met many great employees who are ready to assist.

Worked with Tonya - in flooring - THE most professional employee I have ever worked with at any HD. She is awesome!
