This is the main Home Depot I come to because Jen J is super sweet and is the reason I come shop here!

As you enter the store you can tell that they take pride in cleanliness, organization and easy check-out stations

I recently visited this Home Depot store and found exactly what I was looking for. The Customer Service associate was very helpful.

Went to the Conyers location for a particular tree that was out of stock. Still had the floor model and manager stated that they were NOT getting anymore. Asked to buy the floor model for full price and was told NO!!! Was told that they weren't going to sell floor model until 12/22 and probably for a discounted price. So basically the floor model is there for nothing and will be sold for LESS than we were going to pay. Went to the SNELLVILLE GA location and was allowed to purchase their floor model for full price. Remote was missing but KEE KEE (SUPV) went above and beyond to find us one. Jonathan was also very patient and helpful with breaking tree down for us and loading in vehicle. We were so happy we bought ANOTHER 400.00 tree as well. Credit the exceptional workers at the SNELLVILLE GA location for going the extra mile for us!!

Bought a replacement toilet (Glacier Bay), and was able to install it with no issues.

It’s not about the purchase for this trip it’s about finding a new Homedepot closer to my new home. My favorite hone depoe was Liburn & I knew practically everyone at that locale they are great & i’ve shopped this locale so i will make new friends

I love home improvements and I am in Home Depot weekly. I have visited this location numerous times. This last trip is exactly that, I will go to another store. This is the 2nd time that I have been there and couldnt get help. The first time I asked for help from an employee in hardware who could have cared about anything other than the screws that they was stocking. This time takes me to where I will go to another store. I'm in lumber 4 employees are working one an order I assume. 2 of the 4 go up front I ask for help to get a piece of wood cut. I am told they could not help the other 2 would be back. 1 literally takes off running the other direction. I waited 10 mins. Never got help.

I always have a great experience at the Snellville Home Depot. The store is clean and there are adequate supplies of products for sale. I can always seem to find whatever I am looking for at the time. The employees are friendly and courteous.

The person that assisted me was Jenn at the home depot store #0144. She was very helpful and so courteous. I informed her I was Military and she advised me home depot have Military discount also. She was Fantastic

An easy and fast process to check out.

Purchased a gas range over a thousand dollars the delivery company tried to not deliver our items b/c they said too many people cancelled in front of our delivery, they could not deliver our item. Called back, came to deliver our stove they were talking loudly, I had to ask them too not be unprofessional. Hooked up our stove, asked my husband to help them put the old gas range in their truck. Turned on the stove, right away I noticed a smell it is leaking carbon monoxide and gas. Now we have a stove that is a danger to our family. Everything is a mess and upper management need to really pay attention to this store and the Lilburn, GA store because we thought by going to this store it would be better, but everything is a total mess. I called and spoke with Allean at 2:12 on 7-20-21 then was supposed to have Willie back, he never did then Hal called back at 3:24 PM and I did not feel the need to repeat everything I told Eric, Asst. Store Manager at 3:15PM and now at 3:30 PM on 7-20-2021 I am waiting on someone to call me.

The pine straw here is awful! Go somewhere else!

Upon entering I was greeted by Assistant Mgr. DeeDee who was very customer oriented. Working with Tonya in the flooring department was a pleasure, She was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and saw to all my buying requirements in a very efficient and friendly manner. I encountered a young man named Harold when I was looking for a product, he went out of his way to bring me to the area I was seeking very polite and kind. I would say that every employee I encountered through the store was customer oriented. I was very impressed.

The Home Depot associate are very friendly and helpful, when you need help they will help.

It is always nice to enter a store and feel at home. Smiles and hellos are a big deal. Home Depot Snellville makes the effort. Stocked shelves make a difference. Someone who can find it in the back makes a difference. Employees who don't expect the customer to know everything makes a difference. There is a kindness. Restrooms have always been clean. Above and Beyond the Call of Duty appears to be the motto. Employee in the rug section once cleaned up a dog accident- a big dog. A big accident. Smiled and showed sympathy to the young owner.

I love to shop this store, I always come here to shopping because they have everything I need but after the date 05/26/2021 I scare come to this store because the guy name NOEL working there he not friendly, he so angry,so mean,so attitude to me. Finally I hope every time I come to shop I don’t see that bad guy.

This store is stocked well, isles are not cluttered, items are easy to locate. Employees are not rude and ask if you need assistance. This store is a few better steps up from across the street store.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN, PRODUCTS EASY TO FIND, EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND IT IS MY GO TO STORE EVERY TIME.

While i have been to different Home Depots, this store had a wider range of hand tools in which i was looking for. I was also looking lost at self check out since i couldn’t find my receipt until one of the employees helped me out by letting me know it was at the bottom of the machine. My experience was great!
