I'm SO happy that I went to The Home Depot to get the products for my home project. I needed to stain my deck and fence since I didn't do it when it was installed. Lee from the Paint Department walked me through the process and recommended the materials needed. He kept me under budget and I'm very pleased on how the Tugboat stain looks on the deck and fence.

I'm going to give 3 stars only because I've noticed a employee who has poor customer service and after shopping there multiple times I know it's who they are. I appreciate Danielle for taking the time to assist me. After asking a male employee who obviously has some tenure at the organization for help, all he could give me after pretending to help was, " I'm at a lost for words. I don't know where it is," after informing him I couldn't find an item that I usually find with no issue and the app is telling me 13 are in stock. He was nothing short of elated when I finally said ok thanks and left because he never wanted to help anyway, however, I've watched him on 3 occasions help and go out of his way for customers who look like him. They have a name for individuals who carry around those negative emotions! Nevertheless, thank God for Danielle and Alysia. When I went to customer service and explained my issue, Danni came, we looked at the boxes above and we found it. Danni retrieved a ladder, asked me how many I needed, and put the rest on the shelf for other customers. An angel she is!

I purchased some lawn chair cushions and have been very pleased with the quality. Highly recommended

I'm a pro at home depot. Been shopping there for about 4 years now. Plenty of benefits for being a pro. The people that work there always greet you and always willing to help out and assist with loading if needed!

Store is set up to follow a pattern. I can find items without asking for assistance.

Every time I visit this location I am in awe at how amazing the staff is. They are very professional and ready to assist. Items are always in stock and restrooms are always clean. Great work, Home Depot!

Customer service employee attempted to refuse to check me out and shouted that I should go to the other end of the front store to checkout. At the time the Customer Service did not have other customers!

The manager Josh treats the employees like they are animals. His attitude towards customers and staff is unacceptable. He refuses to help and gives you an attitude. I strongly suggest any other location.

Helpful staff, store is easy to find things at and clean. Now getting out of parking lot to Spring Cypress is a bit dangerous so please be careful and patient.

I can't say enough positive things about Home Depot. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Home Depot is my go-to store for all my shopping needs, and I highly recommend it to others. My wife I had a very pleasant experience at Home Depot especially services provided by Tiffany and Nando. They were very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Because of their services we will continue to visit the store.

I had locked my keys in my car and thought I had no hope, but a manager, Chelsea, went above and beyond with her service and helped me to unlock the car

So I told a employed worker if they have a bigger battery than 6Ah and he said yes. I want from 6Ah to 8.0 and it Used To Last from 35 min now it last me almost 1 hour

Kenneth really helped me tremendously. I visited the Tomball location twice for this same issue and they were of no help. However, Kenneth made sure that this time I was choosing the right item that I needed as this was my 3rd time making a return because I was not buying the correct lighting.

Purchase pickets for my home project and checked out at 11:54am. Had to wait until 12:38pm to get loaded because the managers on duty that day 02/18/2024 was really delayed in getting up to front to open up big bay door for the employees to load me. I gave 5 stars for the employees. But for the managers on duty that day. I give them 0 stars.

I was able to find someone to help me locate and retrieve a tool and battery in the storage cage quickly. When there was a problem with a promotion Aniya, Debbie and Salem worked together to get it resolved. Great customer service!

This store has a broken entrance for the past several weeks which should be a clue not to enter. Products are not shelved neatly and the inventory listed on the app does not match what is in store. When you ask an employee about future availability, they shrug. There is no real customer service being provided other than the folks handling returns and credit apps. They no longer provide a military discount on appliances and also wouldn't apply a gift card (same as cash?!?!?!??!) against the purchase. Really disappointing experience compared to how Home Depot employees used to conduct themselves with pride and were knowledgeable. We had to hunt someone down to help us buy a washer. Very disappointing.
