I would like to thank Omar in the paint department for his patience with helping me pick out the right brand of paint and brushes. I am painting an outside porch and carport area. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Omar!

She is rude, unpleasant, unknowledgeable Cashier that only shows up to put-in time for pay, not work or help customers.

I enjoy visiting Store #6350. They always have everything I need. And the associates always know where things are.

While in the Home Depot today I had much needed help from Tyler who helped with replacing the head on my weed whacker. He helped remove the old part and found the correct replacement part and made sure it fit correctly. Very very grateful!

He was just the kind of clerk that would make shopping a pleasure every time.

This lady made my return process impossible and afterwards followed me to self checkout and told The other associates to “watch me” in Spanish

Amanda saw the lack of interest Tylor had with helping me get a smoker and grill. I communicate that I felt like a inconvenience so I said Ty for the help and I was leaving and Amanda didn’t take no for a answer and she took care of me and won my purchase

Some of the employees are very rude. I have experienced that I going to ask for some item and the answer is do you want me shopping and pay for you too. He was very rude.

Today there seemed to be adequate staff available. Some days when you need assistance, you have to look all over for someone. I still like shopping at HD.

They are turning the overhead sprinklers on in the Garden Center during shopping hours....floor is soaked. Be careful.

My husband and I were buying a grill- we noticed a price discrepancy; we asked a few associates- they didn’t know, and they did not seem interested in helping us, but Lillian and Jacqueline were VERY helpful in getting us the information and got us checked out! They deserve to be recognized- they saved you a $500 purchase- we almost left the store because no one else would help

There is never anyone available when help is needed. There should be at least two people working on the floor at any time there are too many questions that need to be asked of an employee or some type of other help needed. I worked for a competing store for 18 years, I know my way around a lumber store. But once in a while it would be nice for someone to approach me and ask if I need help...even grayed hair old women are consumers, not just men!

I have always found what I was shopping for. Employees are always ready to help you!

I’m disabled and receive such discrimination from employees here that it is physically painful for me to shop here. If you have to have something from Home Depot use the internet. Visiting this location would be a mistake.

We found everything we needed and the checkout was quick

This store almost always has items in stock, I was looking for something and 2 other stores were showing it in stock, however when I arrived the item was not in stock, very frustrating so I was very pleased to find it at this location.

The St. Cloud Home Depot has the friendliest and most helpful employees. Every time we go in it is such a pleasant shopping experience. There are always employees to help us when needed.

The Garden Center is where Emilio helped me and he was so happy to go above and beyond for me.
