Good store and good service

for the most part the store are always fully stock and some the associates go the extra mile to help you to find the items that you are looking for.

Store needs to hire more workers so that all stock is put up and not left in the isles. also you need to have sufficient help to make sure that there are enough people at the registers that people do not have to wait for a long time.

I wish there can be an easier way to identify store associates that work in each department by either stating it on their badge.

The best thing they have...if they don't have the product they will help you to find a better one according to your needs.

The store was full of employees that were knowledgeable and helpful. I received assistance from 3 different employees. Rafael from paint truly helped my husband and I get the right paint for our home and introduced us to the Titan paint. Thank you Rafael for your help and the great advice on paint quality and quantity.

I had a great experience shopping at this location. I was greeted by the Store Mgr Ron in the garden dept. I went in with an idea for my project and I found what I needed very quickly. Sam in the paint dept did a phenomenal job explaining exactly which paint I needed for the project and quickly mixed the paints for me. She also pointed out that they had some oops paint I might be interested in at a discounted price and even walked me to the spot they were in. This was great customer service if you ask me. Home Depot in Saint Cloud is my favorite place to shop. Keep up the great work Sam, you Rock!

Lexi, possibly the front end Manager, was obnoxious and unprofessional. I was walking towards open register, the light was on, and she screamed at me that "those registers are closed". I pointed out that the light was on, signaling it was open. She said oh, "I can turn that off". I said well that doesn't really help me does it?" She rudely waved me off and points to the other register's and says "I can use the exercise walking back" she clearly was body shaming. This is completely unacceptable behavior and it needs to be addressed.

There is an old saying in sales. It is hard enough to get customers, so when you have them you better do everything to keep them, and when you HAD them and you LOSE them- (many who don't write reviews but just had enough and go elsewhere) than you really screwed up. Anytime I can purchase something from another store or on-line I will instead of buying at HD, at least at this store. Customer service lines too often are disgraceful. Store is dirty, stock is all over the place, or even in stock and this is in MANY depts. AND no enforcement of wearing masks. Outside, labels are so worn off impossible to know prices of many items. This was the same thing in lumber--and it went until I as a customer had to point it out? How is management not aware of merchandising, stock levels, filth, staffing--- I do feel the people working, not management, for the most part, are doing the best they can, working hard, friendly, but staffing is horrid (often in garden-flooring, customer service--along with other things noted. Beyond the customers you do have---you will never know those that go elsewhere due to the same reasons.

I would strongly encourage shoppers to avoid this store until they require those who enter to be wearing a mask. I consistently see shoppers ignoring the safety of others by electing to forgo face masks and I feel very uncomfortable with Home Depot allowing that to occur.

Guys at rental counter where great, Nancy, "the head cashier" horrible, The HD inventory is not the customers issue, if only some one was able to count merchandise on a cart with out a scanner things may have been less embarrassing to them. , What a different world there. glad I do not have to deal with this location. Products were easy to find. Great service, employees interact very well.

We move recently to the area, and was amazingly surprise with the service in the store.

This store has diverse employees who treated me like gold! They have the best customer service, in my opinion, than any nearby Home Depot.

Kudos to Chris, Moses & Jordan in the flooring section. All 3 did an awesome job helping me. Chris put in a request for Home Services to contact me for an estimate on fence installation, both Chris & Moses helped me choose the best flooring for my home, and Jordan assisted with the purchase of flooring and next day customer/will call pick-up. Thanks guys, for all your help. You made my day! Nancy

One of the worst stores for service.

I'm sick of going to the Saint Cloud Home Depot. It's the only lumber/hardware store in town and they seem to be willing to lose customers with their attitude and attention to customers. Lumber quality has severely dropped in the 4 years I've lived here. I'm a slow learner as I continue to go to Home Depot. The major competitor is another 15 minutes away. However, I get treated like a human rather than something HD employees found in the trash. Enough is enough. I sure you will not ever print this, but here are my thoughts.

AWFUL customer service that cannot even provide the most basic of human decency. Typically I bite my tongue and continue with my day but when the lady at customer service walks away from you mid sentence as you are explaining your situation and doesn’t help... I don’t even know what to say. Your job is customer service; you are going to be dealing with questions and problem all day. Every question is met with the reaction you are a nuisance. Constantly talking to people who know nothing about there product but act like you are the idiot. I could go on all day but this store and Home Depot in general have a real corporate culture problem that’s only getting worse.

Associates are very nice and friendly. Cashiers are very attentive and caring. The two cashiers Yvette and Ashley had great positive energy and were very nice.
