The customer service and management at this store is such a failure and disaster that it’s embarrassing to write about it. But here we go. We bought washer/dryer combo from here couple of weeks ago. The price went down on them this week and as per their policy they honor any drop in price within 30 days of purchase. So instead of giving us our deserving $100 back, very unfriendly customer service lady who claimed she was in charge there (until I asked her to call her manager who was also another level of gem) blatantly refused. On top of that she made us feel like we were trying to take advantage of a Fortune 500 company by asking for $100 discount. All we were asking for them to match their price discount as prices have dropped. So she called this assistant manager on duty, of course she also had no clue understanding the issue. She told us that since we used $100 credit we received as part of credit approval process at the time of purchase, we can’t get this price discount. We felt betrayed, but walked out of the store after making full payment on the card and promised to never returned back to this joke of a store with this dumb management staff. Upon returning home, my wife reached out to online customer service, and to our surprise this online customer representative had more authority in resolving this in our favor than the management at this store. What a fool of team at store. We get to laugh at the end.

Stopped in for a quick trip to get some batteries, was told military discount at checkout was no longer available, I had to download yet another app. Bad enough having to hunt for what I want after the weekly stock rearrangements, you can do much better.

I had a great experience buying a refrigerator for my daughter. The salesperson gave me a lot of time explaining the features of the refrigerators in my price range and a little higher in order to get a better quality refrigerator. I was waited on right away and I felt really comfortable dealing with the man who waited on me. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I like to compare a lot before I make a purchase.

One expects a store like Home Depot to be considerate of customer's health. The woman who checked us out was unmasked and coughing. Should not have been in contact with customers.

This was my first flooring purchase from Home Depot and I was very nervous. We didn't have a big budget or buy expensive flooring, but the staff in the flooring department made me feel like a first class customer, truly special service and care.

Jason in appliances did a great job and went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Great experience all around!

When inquiring about the discounts a Pro ID provided, I was told I needed to “learn how to pay, you’re going to be doing a lot of that”.

I can usually find what I need at a good price. The help and advice I have received from the associates has been on target and very useful.

An employee helped me find the cleaning department which had the product I needed. Cashier was very friendly.

A store full of terrific products at fine prices, with friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Hooray for Home Depot!
