good store, you could use more employees to help when the store is busy

We bought a little house (our first) in the Fall and have spent a LOT of time at this store. We bought new cabinets for the kitchen and saved a LOT of money compared to "the other place", mostly because Brigett helped us stay within our budget while getting what we really wanted. The paint department helped us pick out colors and everyone helps us answer questions and find what we are looking for. The associates are friendly, helpful and respectful. Even when we were just looking for cleaning materials someone walked us over and talked us through the section. It's great to have the St. Matthew's Home Depot close to home. Looking forward to their help with landscaping in the Spring and Summer!

Outstanding customer service! When I needed help finding an item, an employee that I found in the central walkway near the appliances immediately took me to the item rather than just sending we to the proper aisle.

I really like the service of the people there I like seeing the smiling faces and being greeted I like the way that they will go out of their way to help me either Pusher cart load a truck are direct me in the right place by knowing the aisle number that the product is in right off the top of their head. Very clean store and clean bathrooms.

My husband & I were greeted with a smile by Meka, at customer service. She was extravagantly patient & kind as we returned/exchanged store items. This made our visit pleasant & fun. We spoke with Jeff about Meka, & His reaction/response was entreating. Other employees were also friendly & helpful as we shopped. We will highly recommend the St Matthews Store ! Merry Christmas!!!

Ordered a product online. When I went to pick it up, the employees could not find it after looking for 45 minutes.

The employees are usually very helpful. Many of them are retired from other jobs and are generally very knowledgeable when you need information.

special order was late, and repeatedly missed delivery dates. had to wait on hold on the phone for extended periods of time, up to 45 minutes. Took 30 minutes for customer service to process paperwork, after taking a long time to find the product in the store. staff was pleasant, but slow, unreliable, and incompetent.
