Home Depot store #4637 Stafford provided great assistance to us in designing and ordering cabinetry for our master bathroom and kitchen renovation. Dana was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. When Dana was not available other staff was on site to assist.

The employees are always kind and helpful and the store is always clean!

This location is by far the cleanest and tidiest Home Depot I have ever shopped at. All of my interactions with associates have been wonderful. I cannot recommend this location more. The manager Joe is very friendly and helpful. Heather at the returns desk has a positive attitude and solves issues very well.

When we purchase big items, we always request Cheryl when available. She is very detailed and ensures that the customer get what they need. Each large purchase has always been successful.

Super clean store, easy to find things, good selection, and employees NEVER force a mask on me. 100% have my business for all of these reasons. Self checkout people are always super nice, but put some chips in the self checkout lane. momma needs a snack. ;)

Clean, super friendly and an AWESOME STAFF!

I had a wonderful customer service experience ordering a new front door with sidelites and a transom window with Cheryl Jenkins, Millwork Specialist. Cheryl's experience served me well. My constraints were: I wanted a custom color for the front door that offered a fiberglass woodgrain surface and the transom window was not included as an option for most doors - and if it was, I was not happy with the available options. Cheryl first narrowed the search with her software so that I could apply some expectation management. This was a huge help. We were down to two companies and among those two companies, the transom window was still an issue. Cheryl called the manufacturer because what I wanted could not be sold together in the same order. After speaking with a customer service rep, she took it a step further and spoke with the rep's manager and PROBLEM SOLVED. My only issue is that I will need to paint the front door myself in order to get the windows and door that I want. I was happy with the compromise in order to get the final product. Cheryl was wonderful to work with and not put out by taking on a challenge. Overall, it took some time but I know I'll be happy and Cheryl and Home Depot is making it possible.

The store is conveniently located, however, they often are out of stock, or can't find existing stock in the store, The employees have been lacking in either their training, or the hiring managers need to improve upon their selection process. Many employees don't know what they are doing, and even worse don't seem to care about learning or helping.

Nice and enegh product

In our experience, concerning employees and customer care - some excellent, some friendly, and some hard to find when needed - especially, in areas such exterior doors, lumber, plumbing, appliances, and similar high expense/specialized skills areas.

All associates did everything they could to provide me with the service I needed, and they did a great job. No problems with this store.

Took the time while stuck at home to do some updates around the house. Chose "Home Faux Wood Cordless Blinds" to replace all of ours. Really great quality and price. Easy to install. So many sizes in stock and they are cut to size, if needed, at the store. Carefully measure the window openings and bring to the store with you.

The managers (especially Joe), the gentlemen at the Project Desk and every employee I’ve interacted with have been helpful and courteous.

This was great Home Depot. Everywhere I went there was someone to help if needed.

The store was very clean. The associates (Anthony and Counts) were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products I needed to buy. The store was fully stocked. Kudos Stafford, VA #4637 store!

The cashiers were rude and gossiping about other employees. They continued to talk/gossip among themselves instead of acknowledging I was there to check out. When I called to speak to the manager he said he didn't have time for me. Most of the employees were NOT wearing masks.

Lovce this place because of its super awesome staff who genuinely care about their customers and the lower prices compared to Lowe's (some %10 lower).

It is always fun shopping at the Home Depot Stafford. Special thanks to the store staff who always make me and my family special by providing support and dedicating their time and attention to every one of us, as they do for other customers. I feel like I am at my cousins'. I can recall some of them in particular for their professionalism, ultimate care, respect and big smiles: Brad, Ian, Louis, Millie, Sam, Goe (store manager) I left a bigger comment on Google for them for being perfect.

This particular store is an example of how retailers should handle their facility during a crisis like the one the world is experiencing right now with COVID-19. From the environment to the staff, I was impressed and very pleased with my experience!

We continue to enjoy consistent, stellar customer service at this location, regardless of the time of day! This store has some top-notch associates who are knowledgeable in their respective departments, and who are quick to pull in a colleague for consultations when needed - a mark of a strong team who trust each other. Will certainly continue to patronize Home Depot for the great work culture they've instilled in their stores.

I love the 2" Faux Wood Blinds that Home Depot carries. They are also cordless which is important as a safety feature for my granddaughter and even my cats! I carefully measure the height and width of the window opening and the store associate helps me find the blinds I need and trims the width. I can shorten them at home if needed. Taylor helped me today and she was friendly and helpful. She knows what she is doing. Very much appreciated.

This is one of the smaller Home Depot locations but surprisingly have a very good inventory level. Employees at this location are interested in and capable of helping customers find and choose what they are looking for. When the occasional problem occurs they are very willing to resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The staff at this Home Depot is knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
