Clean well-maintained store. Most employees are helpful

Will never go anywhere else to buy an appliance!

This Home Depot is at Rivergate Shopping Center. As soon as you walk in the doors you are greeted with a smile and if they can help you it makes you feel a sense of comfort knowing that the expertise of the employees in and every Department is ready to go beyond the Call of Duty to make you feel comfortable for all your home improvements even if you're not a contractor. This store is clean with great new items and the prices are reasonable with items on Sale.

I normally don't fill out surveys, but I wanted to express my gratitude towards one of your employees, Sam, who went above and beyond to assist me. As a pregnant woman, I was having trouble finding someone to help me lift some garden soil and answer my questions. After several failed attempts to get help, I asked Sam, who was working as a cashier at the time. Despite being busy, he left his post and helped me load all the items into my car. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable before he left. I wanted to take this opportunity to commend Sam for his excellent customer service and genuine kindness. He is truly an asset to your team.

We'll be moving in a few weeks and need a new washer/dryer. We thought we'd shop around and went to this Home Depot first. The service was amazing, and I was very pleased with the choices I had. What worried me was the fact I wouldn't be moving in for a few weeks, and I was afraid I'm miss out on the sale. Anthony, our salesman, assured me he could set a delivery date that would accommodate us, so we were able to take advantage of the sale. He was extremely helpful and patient, and made this an all around enjoyable experience.

I started shopping at The Home Depot a little while ago because of the customer service and how helpful and knowledgeable the staff have been for me. I have always had a good shopping experience and that's why I keep going back!

Linda at register #2 is so rude, rolling her eyes, disrespectfully laughing to customers face then ringing same bar code to 2 different items is unacceptable!!!

This Home Depot had our desired washer and dryer in stock! Their delivery was ASAP and efficiently. Additionally, the appliance specialist ANTHONY helped us tremendously with our decision making on which appliance to go for. He gave great suggestions and wrote all the details down in a paper for us to look back upon. I recommend everyone to be attend by him. We had great conversations and easy payment process. My wife and I are building a home nearby. We shopped around to several appliance stores and met Anthony D'Agostino at Home Depot in Steelecreek. Anthony showed us around and gave us direction on the best products for our money. We just purchased another appliance due to Anthony's advice. He takes the time to enter the items to get the best possible deal. He doesn't pressure you and tells you everything you need to know about the item. This was one of the best experiences we had making a large ticket purchase.

I went to Home Depot because the other home improvement store in my area did not have the availability of what I was looking for in appliances. Upon arrival in the appliance department Anthony D'Agostino greeted me and told me he was there if I needed any help. Well he was the best! I bought everything right there and he helped me with my countertop too. Very patient, extremely knowledgable, a pleasure to work with. I will be going back for more of his assistance as I continue to upgrade my home.

My Levolor honeycomb blind would not retract. I looked at videos on how to fix it and nothing worked. I took it back to Home Depot where I bought it 7 years ago and Brandon took it apart and fixed it for me. There was a knot in the cord inside the blind.

I find it hilarious that there are “no returns” on custom mixed paints, yet there is always an overflowing rack of “oops” paints that CLEARLY were used and returned. But if you buy an oops and find it is not what it is labeled to be, you cannot return it.

I needed help at the customer service dept. and the folks there were extremely helpful. Keep up the great job.

We were looking for a washer and dryer. David Chable went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about each washer and dryer. He throughly went to each washer and dryer to help me find the perfect match that met my needs. Thank you David Chable for the AWESOME and DETAILED customer service you provided! Whatever I need or am looking for in Home Depot, I will go find David Chable because I know he will go above and beyond to make sure I am informed and happy with my purchase!

Because of the way the employees treated my husband and I when we arrived with our son, I’d always go back here. We had two gentleman helping us decide which carpet to get and carpet pad. There was a younger guy, I believe his name was Callum and an older gentleman. I didn’t catch his name but he uses a stand up Walker to get around. Don’t think that stops him from assisting. He was quick to answer our questions and get the proper help with the manual things he couldn’t do, I showed up at this Home Depot in a bad mood we even had to replace carpet. I wasn’t as respectful as I would have liked to been. I’m pretty embarrassed about that but these two gentleman took it with grace and assisted in the most calm helpful manner possible. Half way through I just had to apologize I was in a foul mood because I didn’t want to have to buy carpet. That wasn’t on them at all, I should have never had an attitude. However, they handled it so well I was able to reflect on my attitude and apologize to them. The older gentleman was so personable and gave the best advice on how to not mess up our install of the carpet and the younger gentleman (Callum?) helped walk out stuff out to the truck. Then when he saw it was raining. He walked the carpet pad all the way back to carpet area to ensure our wrap was good and secure so it didn’t get wet, then brought it back to us. I can’t praise these two enough.

Item did not work properly and is easily hack. Did not feel safe buying this product.

This store is filled with the kindest people. You can tell they have great work ethics and get along. They provided top notch customer service!

Never had I experienced such a rude service here. Will avoid this store.

Item bar code would not scan and cashier could read so the solution was for me, the customer to go back through the store and being another one up.
