I went to this location to purchase a refrigerator after visiting a competitor's store (whereas I was not pleased). Home Depot had a sales woman named Bridget. Bridget was delightful, patient and knowledgable about all components of refrigerators! She patiently assisted me with a smile as I looked at and examined every nook and cranny of over 10 different refrigerators. This woman was exceptional and treated me as a valuable customer. When I return to Home Depot, I will look for Bridget and you should too!!! I am a very happy customer.

I shop here all the time and I've never had anything but great service!!

Anthony D'Agostino, an appliance specialist, was very informative and helpful. He has deep understanding of kitchen update & kitchen appliances. When I asked him multiple questions, he answered them both patiently and professionally. I am really satisfied and happy with the shopping at Home depot today. I have another project later this year. And thankfully, I know where to go!

Walked the entire store trying to find what I needed and couldn't find an employee to help me. I was just going to leave and go elsewhere (competitor) when an older gentleman named Ron in an apron appeared and asked if I needed help. I told Ron what I was looking for and Ron knew exactly where it was. I asked Ron if this was his area of the store and to my surprise Ron said he worked in the back with freight. I had to be helped by someone from all the way in the back of the store. You need to move Ron to the front!

Linda Reynolds is a cashier at the River gate store. She has amazing interpersonal skills and unparalleled customer service skills. She always makes my experience better.

The #1 guy in the garden department his name is Brent is it pillow for the whole store when it comes to Great excellent customer service and I am pleased with the fact that if I can't find something in the store there's always someone to help me find it online or at another store.

I do not know about store 3662. My receipt shows store 3663, Knightdale NC. The 3662 number came up after I completed the online survey. I guess something in the Home Depot system that picked the wrong store. Sure miss the good ol' days when the local hardware store knew who customers were, and took time to help their customers. Home Depot can't even get the correct store in their survey about themselves :(

My experience was unparalleled to any other. I was helped by Gabriel. I simply walked in to purchase a new yard sprinkler. He led me to the aisle and helped me pick out the one that was closest to my original. As I was leaving the store, I saw him hard at work helping someone else. The customer service I received was the epitome of great customer service.

Store is unorganized. Staff is clearly not trained very well. Management needs to come out of the office and see what’s going on in the store.

Kenisha & Maiya in Customer Service were outstanding in helping me with a online delivery that was wrong. They then reordered my item with the online department to make sure it would be correctly resent.

This Home Depot has improved greatly in the five years I've been in the area. Their Garden Center beats every other big box store in the area. A clean store, well stocked.

The attitudes of multiple store employees is extremely unprofessional. It seems as if it is a bother for them to assist a customer. Perhaps Better screening of applicants , instead of getting warm bodies would be helpful

This store is staffed really well, you don't have to go around the whole store trying to find someone that can help you. The employees are also sweet and seem to really care about your needs and help resolve any problems you are needing help with. This was my first time coming to this store and this is my go to home depot from now on. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Home Depot usually has the products I am looking for, common things I am surprised other stores do not carry.

This store was very clean products were in store the associate at the desk for doors was very helpful and attentive to my shopping needs.

Customer service is suspect. Mobile process is inferior. Stock quantities are inaccurate. Don't mother making a mobile order...much faster to go get the items yourself.

Excessive wait times for someone to answer the phone. When they do answer, I’m placed on hold. I wait 10 minutes, hang up and call again. Most recently, I was forced to call four times. Finally, Natalie answered and provided the order status I was seeking. Pro Desk said they would call when the order arrived. Never received a call. The order had arrived and I would have not known unless I called. Very frustrating. All this after waiting weeks for the same order to be placed. This has not been a pleasant shopping experience.

Go to location due to proximity to home. Always has what I need and in aisle service is top notch.

The store always looks very neat and presentable. Products are displayed nicely and cleary marked. Store personnel are always friendly and helpful. The quality and presentation of the live plants is always remarkable. There are plenty of carts and even plastic for use when loading yard items in your car/truck/suv....a great convenience.

The shopping experience was terrible. The merchandise I purchased was defective. When I attempted to get answers on how to get this resolved I was often left on hold for 5-10 minutes. When I did get an answer from an employee named Lisa she was very rude and did not provide the customer service I would expect from Home Depot. When I went to go return my merchandise for an exchange the employees were more focused on taking a break than to assist me. I understand everyone has their days but this type of service happened every time I called and when I went into the store.
