The store has always been our go to. The employees are pleasant and helpful. Specifically in pain Jordyn does a great job. She easily offered to find the paint chip from a paint purchased in 2013 so that we could compare some complimentary colors. Jody ( SCO) has always been a pleasant help at check out. Kim

Every time I'm visiting the store I have someone to help me find what I need fast and they asking questions to better understand my needs. Usually if I'm at Lowe's for example the reaction from employees is like "what are you doing here, don't you have something to do than coming to the store?"Streetsboro Home Depot store is the best place to shop for quality products and always will receive best advice and help with very well organised shelves and clean floor

I had to return a Honeywell door chime for a missing component in the box, the associate simply said just go get another one and that was it. Very delightful personality to boot.

I was very impressed to be quickly welcomed the minute we walked in by a young man named Spencer. He asked us if we needed assistance and after we communicated what we needed he knew of the top of his head exactly the two aisles that me and my wife needed to go to in order to find exactly what we were looking for. This same day we were looking at some cabinets knobs and another employee reach out to another employee to make sure we were offered help. An extremely helpful lady took her time to explain to us the latest technology related to fridges.

Since starting another home project,we have shop this store quiet frequently. Very clean not cluttered. Always seems to have what we need in various products. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, Making the shopping experience much easier. Highly recommend shopping at this location.

I have had to buy a stove and now a fridge in a couple of months apart. I have found home depot had the biggest selection of appliance and a great price.

We purchased a $2700 Samsung refrigerator here on Black Friday. No complaints on the store transaction (the lady in the appliance dept simply had to ring us up since we had done our due diligence prior to arrival, so we didn't have questions). The delivery men were another issue. They banged up our solid wood kitchen cabinets and left a mess in our driveway and on our street. Styrofoam and tape were left, even after we watched them both walk past the mess TWICE. Unacceptable. I wish we hadn't already tipped them $20.
