the sunset hills store was very friendly an they knew their business, they were able to help me find all the items i was looking for and they gave me every discount i could get

Had questions on which products would best fit my needs in my build , and finding a knowledgeable employee to give me recommendations took no time at all! For experienced and Newbies shopping for construction needs Home Depot would be the perfect place to get your answers!

This store is always clean and help is generally friendly.

Customer service and support a lot better than it has been in the past. Recognize a real effort my the staff to focus on customer needs.

Great store and wonderful service!

We've been loyal customers of the Brentwood, MO store since the day it opened. HD is always, and will continue, to be our first choice. Recently having moved to Fenton, MO we went to the Sunset Hills store to buy a door and a bunch of other stuff for our new home. All we needed was for an associate to show us where the door was. On line we had researched the style, brand, color, type, swing and every other aspect, all we needed was for someone to show us where it was. 3 associates told us "not their department" and they'd try to find someone. After an hour and 15 minutes, still no one showed up. I began moving inventory myself and finally found it. It was not the gal's fault in doors, she was working with other customers. We'll try the Sunset Hills store once more but if the lack of help prevails, we'll just start driving back to the Brentwood store. Love HD, but the lack of convern at Sunset Hills was disappointing and we left pretty ticked.

This is a great store they have everything in stock that I needed and always do. Management always goes out of their way to help me if an associate can't.

I've had several good experiences at this store in the past. It's always clean and well stocked, from the store shelves to the restrooms. I've found the employees to be very friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. I've gone out of my way to drive 12 miles to this store when I live about 3 miles from another Home Depot store that isn't quite as nice, or didn't have the exact item in stock that I needed at the time.

I encountered the rudest employees I have ever dealt with and will never go to the Sunset Hills store to purchase anything again.

Checkout was fast and an associate went above and beyond to make sure the item we had special ordered met our needs. Shopping at this Home Depot makes it worth driving 90 minutes each way.

I was there yesterday, 01/21/19 in need of a new hot water heater and all the connections to install it. From Dennis in Plumbing to Haydee at the register, I would have to say, this was one of my best trips to Home Depot by far. Far and away, AMAZING customer service.

Will not return to any Home Depot as long as if all they have are self check out lanes. Have you ever had to scan 40 - 50 small items, big bulky items bag them, store them, keep them from falling on the floor after you scanned them and paid for them. This is while the whole time a Home Depot employee stands there , walks in circles watches and then steps over an item that I dropped YES I dropped it but she stepped over it with on response!!! I am an Electrical contractor trying to get supply's in the middle of the day. I have enough things to do in the day I am not waiting in line behind people trying to do HOME DEPOTS job[CHECK OUT PERSONAL] If I am to do HOME DEPOTS job for them I currently make $57.98 an hour ,

I have been a customer of this store since 1990. Your ads lean toward appliances now away fromthe weekly specials on smaller items. It is difficult to find store employees who have a good personality and give the appearance they enjoy their job. Check out continues to be the best area for people who are happy and will ralk to you.

I have always had a great experience every time I come into the Home Depot Store. Everyone is helpful and very knowledgeable . They always take the time to ask you if you need assistance or help you find what your looking for.

The two associates who helped me were Awesome....patient and kind! Patrick in smoke detectors and a man in the amaryllis bulbs dept. I already mentioned them in a customer satisfaction survey. Your store is Always clean and people very helpful!!

If only the aisles were de-cluttered ... I will give props, however, to the staff; they are always helpful and knowledgeable!

I have been shopping at this store for 20 years and received assistance above and beyond the norm.

Store is clean and some employees seems know where products are located at.

The customer service in the garden department is normally quite friendly. Holden at the Sunset Hills store couldn't be bothered to reply to my "hello" nor could he say thank you for shopping at Home Depot.

Employees at this store actually ask you if you need help. Other stores, most of your time is wasted roaming up and down the aisles looking for someone. How refreshing. In addition, they never point or say go to aisle 15, employees will walk you to the location and are allowed to leave their specialized department. I have 2 other hardware stores closer to my house but I always go to Home Depot in Sunset Hills for the special employees that work in this particular store.

You have what I need when I need it !

My visit was quick and productive. Store associate (Kim) took the time to look up the aisle and bin # for dehumidifiers. In no time I had mine loaded in the basket, checked out and loaded into the car. Two other associates (Patrick and Matt) assisted with the loading. No waiting in the check-out lines.

I shop here all the time, never had any issues until recent encounter with customer service rep at front of store. She was a real jerk, not only to me but to her fellow employees (other customer service reps and appliance salesman who was great!). Do not fall for the “open an HD credit card and spend $1000 and get a $100 off” from this store. Works on line and works if you call HD customer service main number, but this person wouldn’t honor it in store. Called to cancel credit card that I literally just opened to buy refrigerator and the customer service was shocked the store wouldn’t honor it. Example of how One person can ruin a shopping experience

This is a great place for many, many items for my needs.
