Our cashier had noticed that we didn’t want to do self service check out. We met her at the cashier, she asked us if we found everything we needed, and how our experience was. She was excellent excellent excellent.

It's nice to know that one will be treated well and have one's needs addressed at a given outlet. From Beverly greeting my kindly each time I enter the store, to Raphael patiently helping me out with lumber, to Olga and her cordiality at the checkout, to Katrina being as helpful as she is on the phone...this staff performs well.

I bought a washing machine from the Monticello, NY site. The sales associate, Ms. Babcock was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and assisted me in finding the best one for my families life style. In addition she reviewed with me the delivery checklist in detail. She stated "make sure the delivery men start the machine before they leave". Thank goodness she did because the delivery men were tasked with reversing my washing machine door which they never done before. After the task was complete they were all ready to go without starting the machine. I insisted that they start the machine. The machine would not work because the door was not installed correctly. If not for the Ms. Babcock I would have had to take another day off of work for a service call.

Everyone in this store is friendly and helpful. It's so nice shopping here. Thank you all

Had a situation returning an online purchase.. Katrina the girl at the Customer service desk was a doll & helped us out a great deal. She was very friendly & kind.. Definitely keep this girl right where she's at. She knew what she was doing.

Had excellent experience there would recommend very knowledgeable had good experience!

Recently went to this store and Catrina helped us every which way she could I was so impressed with her total effort it was so refreshing!!!

i love home Depot.. they must be hiring better people and or training more and better because the assistance received used to be spotty....but lately i'm either lucky or as my first sentence says things are much improved!

Each time I ask for help I get little or "not my departmenr" therefore hire more associates who want to help and is willing to help MORE!next time I will take pictures!

Every associate I encountered was very helpful in meeting our needs; even when we were unable to locate item from store inventory list, someone was able to get the item from the back or a high up location pretty promptly

This is a terrific store. Easy to get to from anywhere, they have everything you could ever want, and there generally seems to be associates available. My favorite Home Depot!

There was one person checking people out at 8am!! huge lines!!! people dont know where huge lines start!!! store was very unorganized when it comes to checking out. Also a cash register just closed when they saw how busy it was!! very unprofessional

I bought all my ridgid power tools and I’m extremely satisfied with the product and deals Home Depot had, which made it very affordable

Unlike the Matamoras PA, (where my elderly neighbor bought a freezer that had issues 2 weeks after and it took 3 months to get it fixed), i believe had they bought their freezer in this store, they would have taken the time to make sure the elderly couple would understand the reason for purchasing a Protection plan.

I picked up a Ryobi Cordless Driver bundle set that I bought on the App (and got two free batteries mailed to me as a gift with purchase) I was picking out a few post cap and base fasteners and an associate asked if I need help finding anything. I said no but would need some lumber cut. Before I got to the pressure treated posts a guy came looking for me to cut the lumber and he helped me get the posts off the rack and wheeled them over to the saw for me and took care of everything. I headed up front and got behind another customer at the register and a cashier called me over to her so I didn’t have to wait. She was really fast. A Manager opened the door for me and helped me get my stuff in my truck. I said I was OK and he didn’t have to and he said “Hey I’m already here.” Great Stuff! Great Staff! Great Store!

BOUGHT A NEW REFRIGERATOR LAST SUMMER, LUMBER, ROOFING MATERIALS, UTILITY KNIFE, PAINTS FOR BOAT, HOMEDEPOT HAS IT ALL. IF NOT IN STOCK, THEY CAN GET IT SHIPPED TO THE STORE. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We worked with Richard Quinn to customize the perfect kitchen for our space. He was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. His sense of humor was an added bonus. We’d love to work with him again if we needed to. We appreciate Richard’s expertise in the area of kitchen design.

When checking out try to get to the register where Olga is stationed. Excellent, fast, super pleasant,and NICE.

All is fine except gardening area has no carts close to entry. For the elderly we must walk a longer distance to main entry to get cart. Just a suggestion to have sufficient carts near gardening area during warmer months.
