ON THIS TRIP I BOUGHT SOME POOL SUPPLIES AND A GRILL. I HAD MY WIFE’S CAR AND REALIZED THE PRE-ASSEBLED GRILLS IN WOULD NOT FIT. I HAD ONE EMPLOYEE (Irfan) WHO TRIED TO HELP ME LOAD IT, BUT IT WAS TOO BIG. WE WERE THEN JOINED BY (Stan) AND AFTER WE REMOVED A SIDE TRAY WE GOT IT LOADED. THEN THEY LOADED THE REST OF MY STUFF. THEY WERE BOTH INCREADIBLY POLITE AND I OFFERED A GRADUITY BUT THEY WOULD NO ACCEPT AND ASK IF I WOULD TAKE THE SURVEY AND MENTIONED THEM…. I SAID IT IS MY PLEASURE!

I usually go to the F.M. 1960 location but find best attention and friend service at the Tomball store. In fact I have left the FM 1960 store because of misinformation and terse service behavior at 1960 store. Instead I went to the Tomball Hwy 249 store and found great service and was able to make two separate purchases at Tomball.

An employee by the name of Mary who as at the outdoor garden center checkout helped me find an associate who could get the specific plant my girlfriend wanted for Valentine's Day. Mary stayed with me and helped me pick the best plant. My girlfriend was very happy with it and Mary went out of her way to make sure I found what I needed.

I am trying to understand why this store has gone down in customer service, cleanliness and common courtesy. These kids working here are on their phones the entire time, they are talking to one another about personal things and not even attempting to help customers. Why did I have to stand at the self checkout asking for help for over 4 minutes while they are talking about dating and liking someone else in the store, or on their phones looking at movies and clips on social media?

This store specifically is my go to location of all the Home Depot. I basically live in this store and no almost every employee in the building. I’m here almost every day and always get treated with respect. They have great customer service. They are always engaging and very helpful with not just myself but other customers I have never had anyone at this location not be knowledgeable about their department and they are always helpful and Courteous. This store is the reason I do all of my project purchasing at Home Depot in general I spend in the upwards of $10,000 a month or more here and will keep doing so because of the staff.

Went to this store yesterday to get sum carpet for my cargo van and Robert was awesome to deal with he was very friendly and personable which made my experience more awesome Thanks robbo lol!!!

Jenny helped me order a Ryobi chain saw, and heled other employees process returns too.

This Home Depot has the best help in throughout store and the employees are very friendly. I enjoy shopping here!

Bought a tuff shed. Denise Martin and Don Alford did a great job trying out different specs and closely verifying that everything was as we ordered. They were personable, efficient, and did a great job.

Many thanks to Robert in the flooring department! I needed to purchase an entire house of carpet and coordinate installation remotely from another city in Texas. He made it a simple process and provided excellent service.

We are Pro Elite customers and we had an issue with a customers bathtub we ordered that was delayed for 7 business days. Patti at the Pro desk went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for us. We can continue our project and get back on schedule. Thank you Patti!

As I walked in this Home Depot store I was greeted. As I walked thru the departments I was greeted. As I returned a fan the gentleman greeted and helped in making a decision in picking out the right fan. As I checked out the cashier Jenny was helpful in checking me out . PATTI IN PRO IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE

Last month I purchased a beautiful cooktop and a freezer, i had excellent customer service at the store and at home when they came to install the items, i couldn’t have been more pleased so today I returned to make another purchase and I looked for the same employee that assisted me before and bought a great washer and dryer.

Went in to find wood for a project of mine, and they had all sizes and shapes. everything was neat and organized and had no problems throughout my time there. Staff is very eager to help you find what you need.

I needed some boards & screws quickly, to meet a deadline. As I entered the store, I was greeted by 3 employees, who directed me to the appropriate aisle 7 side shelf. There was plenty of stock, easily accessible. That took care of the boards I needed. The next aisle over provided the necessary screws. There was only 1 person in the checkout line ahead of me. The cashier came out from behind the register to scan my lumber, rang up my screws, & I was out of there, in oless than 10 minutes, start to finish. She said thank you, and so did the security person, on my way out the door. Good job, to all!

Went into Home Depot to shop for a new washer and dryer. Gi Gi was our sales associate and she was so good, so professional, and gave such excellent advice and service, I wanted to hire her on the spot,

Need to hire more like Lupita. She was very courteous and knew what good customer service means.
