Bill Roberts was my clerk and did a super job, through check out. He knows his stuff!!!!

Mike helped me to figure out if I needed a new garage door opener or just a battery. He changed the battery for me and was just kind and very helpful.

Whether it's a big project or a quick pickup, the store personnel in Topsham are always friendly and eager to help. I am old and falling apart, hence, I really appreciate not having to walk all over the place trying to find something or someone to help.

Eager to help and respectful

I had about 40 small items to return after a renovation project. As Doris was finishing up and placing my returns in the sorting barrels, I joked: “I’ve changed my mind, I’d like to use my items on my next project. Can I get those back?” She chuckled, hit enter, and my return got declined. She was sure I jinxed the process. She worked hard to find the source and with some help, and a lot of undeserved kindness, they found a solution and I was taken care of. Doris is the right kind of person to have in customer service. Thank you for a great return experience.

The employees are excellent but stay away from the Manager who goes by the name of "Mel". She will insult you, she doesn't know what she is doing and is unprofessional

My elderly neighbor had his fridge go on the blink, he was rattled that the food was spoiled & that he would have to search for a new one. The appliance specialist at the Topsham ME store ( Terri Chase) was sympathetic and patient and dealt with our situation like a pro.! We ultimately got squared away with the new fridge that would fit the precise dimensions needed and my neighbor was thrilled that it was that easy. ( thanks Terri!)

This is just a general store acknowledgement, Topsham and Augusta Maine Home Depot stores are a great place to get all your needs and the employees are great! Always helpful and courteous!

The employees in this store were so good to us one cold April night when it was 47 degrees and pouring rain! They helped us find and purchase our organic potting soil, then loaded the product on the pallet into our truck! Great service!

Ellen in kitchen design was extremely knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint in working with me. She guided me in selecting products I might want to consider within my budget., and I am very happy with my choices.

The worker in the flooring department, Skip, was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. He knew exactly what he was doing, caught any and all errors in paperwork, and assisted me in finding the carpet I needed. When I came back to the store after deciding, he took it upon himself to help me get a new Home Depot card and ensure I got the best deals possible. This is the kind of employee that deserves recognition for great customer service and representing the company in the best ways possible.

They go over and above esp for handicapped people
