was misdirected and misinformed about a cool air return by three employees before I found Mike M and he was able to help me. This is the second time in a week he has done this.

In store for over an hour trying to get asst. (Customer service, pro desk, cashiers, floor people) with some vinyl siding. Finally after an hour+ and trying to order it online ourselves, but not able to we had someone call the manager. He was the only helpful person in the store. The rest were absolutely USELESS. WORST experience ever!

The store itself is not in a convienient location. I personally feel the employees are more interested in the "big" sale and not so much about the simple homeowner. Not everyone that goes into that store is a contractor

Generally speaking, this store is clean and well stocked, but know what you need when you go in there because the employees are not particularly knowledgeable about their stock or it's uses. The cashiers can be friendly or not, depending on which day of the week you show up, and don't even expect a military discount. They will argue about giving you a few pennies off (my last ticket was under $20 and they refused my discount, even though I had a valid ID). There are other stores closer to me, but I was in the area at the time so I went to this Home Depot. In the future, I'll probably just head on home and hit the other box store closer to the house.

Store hires quality regardless of race, color or greed, and handicapped. Proud of that action.

The two men in the lumber department were very patient and helpful.

This Home Depot, tucked away a bit in Topsham, had knowledgeable and helpful employees! I felt like they went the extra mile to help me. They had exactly what I was looking for and I was assisted as soon as I walked into the door.

Shopping can be a pleasure especially when you interact with and encounter pleasant, helpful employees who make it their goal to assist you locate and select purchases. Kudos to the staff of the Topsham Maine store #2410. Professionalism is their focus and you the customer are their priority.

Dennis in the lawn and garden section was very polite, helped me right away and also offered his personal experience with the item I was purchasing. He thanked me for coming in.

The salesperson was very helpful and patient. I wanted specific windows/doors, he helped me find and order exactly what I was looking for. I really felt like he cared about helping. Also your service desk employee was very nice, connected me quickly to area I needed. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will be buying from Topsham Home Depot again.

Just ordered 4 doors to be installed in my home. Some have to be special order because of size. Mike in Doors made the process quick and easy and he is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in language that I could understand. He is a valuable employee and asset to the Topsham store!

I love this Home Depot . The employees are helpful and friendly. They have helped load heavy items for us, have greeted us and gone out of their way to find things for us every single time. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this store, but I will say however, that whomever is running this store is hiring the right employees and doing a fantastic job.

Chris is incredible!! I feel like I can actually attempt this store on my own and figure out what I need with his help. Richard has been awesome for loading the car and Michael was helpful when we were deciding about a grill. Chris has been our go-to-guy overall here. He greets us with energy, helps throughout and helps us load too! Never have had this kind of incredible customer service at any store like this. I’m a customer for life here!! Thank you all!

Ellen, The kitchen designer at the Topsham Home Depot was a rare find! Her knowledge and experience with the various options of all of these kitchen cabinets is impressive. Ellen provided us with an estimated quote detailing all options. She is fantastic and made this experience easy.

I was buying 120 pounds of salt. Richard was wonderful. He was warm, friendly and willingly loaded my car. I will never hesitate asking for help again.
