Manager Sally did a great job taking care of a service issue I had with another employee. She was very understanding, polite, and professional. Excellent service.

We bought a bundle of six LG appliances and the promotions and interest free financing were fantastic! But most importantly was Rachael Krishna, the Home Depot associate that assisted us! She works in the custom countertop, cabinet and appliance section so go see her at the Truxel Road store Sacramento CA for anything you need to purchase and she's got you! A+++++ customer service and an EXTREME amount of knowledge. Home Depot should be PROUD to have her on their team!! Thanks Rachael!!!

We went to purchase a fridge and a washer/dryer. John in appliance was fantastic. Very knowledge, friendly and easy to work with. If you are looking for appliances at this Home Depot, ask for John.

This guy Jeremy working up front at self check out is an absolute stud I’m so happy with the service that he provided me and also all other employees very friendly work atmosphere this is probably my favorite Home Depot if I win the sweepstakes I’m buying Jeremy a new car and all employees a pizza party every Thursday

HOME DEPOT Natomas Branch is very convenient to the freeway. They have all the materials needed for home improvement. RICHARD is an employee in the flooring section that works very hard and helps you find the necessary materials or small details you'll need. Great atmosphere and clean environment!!!

The people that work at the store are above and beyond knowledgeable about the products that they sell inside of the store. Not only that they are also so helpful with every question I have. If I ever ran into someone who didn’t have an answer they always make sure to find someone who did. That is top-notch customer service and I will recommend this to everyone who’s asking.

Do 99.9% of my equipment lumber and tool needs here with every experience it has been AWESOME! Employees are "SIMPLY THE BEST" Went another HD closer to a job site I was on and the rudeness was so noticeable I drove the 20 minutes back to what I consider the Best of the Best #6649 Truxel Rd store hands down. Customer support and the employees are top notch. Mike, Angelina, Jessica Lily and so many others.

This trip on 26 May was the sorriest customer service I have ever had at this store with unfriendly associates to no cashiers and having to use self-check out and standing in line to do so. I did not get the help I needed until an associate finally turned the corner, possibly called by another arrogant associate I had ask for help.

Having to shop at the store over the past few weeks I have had the poorest service and the best service. Overall there are not associates in isles to help unless you go looking in other isles. There are to many associates just standing around or walking past without acknowledgement of a customers existence. There are associates that have no customer service ability and will quickly turn you away. There are associates on my last trip that went beyond helping me with my request, and thanks Jeremy for the final check out. So don't have overly exciting expectations when shopping Home Depot but know there are some Associates that care.

The two people that helped me today were Andres annd Ken. Ken helpedme find the product that he recommended and Andres helped me check out and offered to take product to my car. Both remembered that I was in the day before and bought items for my yard.

Employees in this location actually greeted me when I entered their departments unlike ALL the other Home Depot stores I've been to in the Sacramento area. They made me feel like they wanted to help me and not like I was bothering them. Thank you!

The customer service counter was slow. The young person that was handling my service did not know who to go to to get answers. When I told him to call a manager he was reluctant to do so. Then after 15 minutes the manager comes up and he checks out and goes home. I see now why I did not get the service I should have gotten.

Great store but get rid of the cat in gardening. Cats really don't catch rats and all the cat food grows more rats.

Garden Guy Steve - I am purely here because of you, Steve! My husband and I were shopping for a weed wacker, and Steve overheard our conversation and lightly started conversing with us. He wasn't pushy - it felt like bumping into a friend and making small talk. From there he not only helped us select an appropriate weed wacker, but he also gave us a mini walkthrough on how to operate it. He was very clear and concise on the instructions not only to us, but to the people around him. There had to have been a handful of people along with an employee needing his help. The employee may have been new - I'm not too sure, but the way he talked to the employee was in a very respectful and supportive manner. If Steve isn't already a manager/supervisor. I think he should be promoted. There are a lot of fine qualities in Steve that make him an excellent manager. And I've promoted people before where I see not all great employees make great managers, but Steve would make a great manager. I've seen so few people multi-task the way Steve does. He made sure to acknowledge everyone that needed assistance, and kept checking in with them as he was helping other people. He made people feel like they weren't forgotten. On top of customers, he was working with an employee and it was amazing to see the interaction between them. He was very communicative with his whereabouts - what he was doing, when he was doing something, and where. He left no room for discrepancies. I was amazed. I'd steal him to work with us, haha, but it's clear he loves his job and what he does at Home Depot. He's definitely a rare one. Communication and follow-through are characteristics in a fine manager and you guys have one right there. Promote him. Anyways, the location of this store is convenient and I love the friendly staff. Occasionally you'll catch someone on a bad day, but for the most part they're all nice. Then on occasions as rare as this, you'll find a Steve. Thanks Steve, you really made our day. We'll come back just to have you teach us a thing or two about gardening. And it's really about building that trust, and we trust Steve and his recommendations moving forward.

I received lots of help and the man answered all of my questions, and made sure I had the right oil for the chain saw that I didn't know I needed.

This trip was a pleasant experience. We found everything we needed and the employees were very helpful.

The environment here is nice quiet peaceful and very enjoyable.

This store keeps a good stock of product I buy often(fencing, wood). Busy store but always has enough registers to get you through.
