Better selections, more orderly, friendlier associates, great management.
Needed a deck drive belt for a Poulan riding mower bought from 402 8 12 years ago. Went to 4003 because it is closer to home, but the store did not have the proper belt. Ended up buying a too-large belt because that was the size indicated on packaging. Returned it at 4028 because the selection of garden equipment is better there. although the store is farther from home. Worth the drive.

    Outstanding Service!!
I bought a refrigerator that had a broken shelf and the manager not only gave me a deep discount but replace the shelf with products in the store that made it perfect!! He spent over an hour helping me! I was really amazed and all the employees were really so very nice! It is really hard to find stellar customer service these days which is why I am hoping this review will help folks when they are making decisions on where to go for their home store needs!!

      Horrible Store
Home Depot on Seneca is horrible. No help and when you hunt an employee down, (yes, you have to hunt) they could not care less about helping. A few are trying, but the majority show that they hate their jobs. I use to love Home Depot, but the Eugene store on Seneca is horrible!!!! This store has soured me on ever going to Home Depot again. Go to Jerry's where employees are helpful!

          Treated respectfully
I went to Seneca Home Depot today after a disappointing trip to a local hardware. I was treated respectfully, offered assistance in a kind light hearted manner, and was assisted to find the part I needed quickly after showing them a picture of the part with the part number.
