The equipment was clean and well maintained

Just about every visit to the West Eugene (Seneca Rd) store is a pleasant one. Even the ones when I don't find what I'm looking for (rare).

We just wanted to acknowledge the awesome healthy received from Jessica in plumbing. She went above and beyond to help us out. Creative problem solving saved the day and she was very courteous and helping us cut and thread some black pipe. Thank you so much for the amazing service! We also want to acknowledge Mackenzie, the cashier who was extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful shopping experience and we will be back.

I didn't realize how lacking the store was until I went to the Green Acres one. Also, they removed the veteran parking.... no sure what that is all about.

If you ever come across Miguel, reach out to him. He has helped me so much for my project by basically doing all the shopping AND building for me. I never had better service.

I returned an item, and after about 36 hours, there is still nothing pending on my account, and Home Depot just resides a policy that they believe exonerates them from responsibility

I love shopping this Home Depot in West Eugene. The employees are super friendly and helpful and that makes a huge difference to me! The store is clean and well stocked as well as organized.

Have you ever wondered why corporate is always wanting to know how the local stores are doing but they don't have any concern about how the people that handle the customers paperwork are doing?

Knudtson (Supervisor) was the person whom met us in appliances for washers/dryers. He is the most down to earth, friendly, professional and informed staff person we’ve ever spoke to at The Home Depot. Everyone was friendly yet busy in their work in various tasks. Honestly, the idea of spending a couple thousand hard earned dollars was difficult (stressful) to need to do so having such wonderful help in the navigation of the needs we have with delivery (plus hauling away old appliances and installing the new appliances) was straight forward and simple, thanks to Knudtson. We are getting a delivery next week and feel excited about our new appliances.

We love our Home Depot store. We have purchased many things including power tools, appliances, garden supplies, lumber, and plants, etc. over the years there. This trip was to check out battery-powered lawn mowers. Thanks to help from sales person Tiffany, who answered all our questions, and helped us through the purchase, we purchased a Ryobi mower, and will be anxious to try it out this week. We had great service, and a nice selection of mowers to choose from. Highly recommend our local HD store!

Stir way under staffed but cashier was amazing!

Nice store, and friendly employees, but they're still selling RoundUp and other pesticides that are killing the bees and butterflies. I'll recommend this store once they stop selling the poisons that are killing our pollinators.

I went to the store for a unique request and was helped by a clerk named Patrick from the garden area. He was super helpful even though my item was not to be found in his department. He took me to different areas and called for more support in the departments he was not familiar with. Then he continued to help me until we found my unique items. He was super helpful and super pleasant. All your clerks should mirror after Patrick and his way of servicing his customers.

Staff was super friendly. Do wish there would've been someone at entrance (they could've been on break) or a store directory with aisle numbers to help guide people to the correct department. But I was able to find the appliances fairly quickly.

The store has some great employees. Unlike other stores in the Pacific NW, these guys do appreciate Veterans and their service to our country. Several employees went out of their way to express their appreciation! I was very impressed.

I called to ask about the availability as well as I had a few questions on my specific product I was interested in. The gal I spoke to over the phone was very patient as I had a lot of specific questions and was very insightful.

West 11th Home Depot.....garden shop....ask for Kelby. This young man was so helpful and such a wonderful personality. He knows his stuff!!!!

Best store in town for meeting my paint needs. They've saved me twice in the past decade, working patiently and professionally with me in matching and making original colors for my exterior paint job. Hope, Christia and Carlos in W. Eugene paint department will go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want. I visited several paint stores in town and these three are really the best in providing customer service.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We had an especially great experience with Christopher who was patient and knowledgeable while we were shopping for a new fridge (which we ended up buying at home depot instead of competitors).

I have always had a pleasant experience at this store. The employees are helpful and sometimes despite being "spread out" somewhat (having to cover lots of area per person). Thank you.

the customer service is awful. after waiting over 20 minutes to help me load stuff. i decieded to return the product, and drive to another home improvement store that was farther away. i will never shop here again i gave them enough chances.

Be reasonable, do it the HD way...recently purchased all new counters and backsplashes for our home through. They have not yet been installed so this is in reference to the sales support and knowledgably capable people. It is not very often that a woman can work at the same level of understanding and functioning capabilities of a man, how refreshing it was to be assisted by her and she was totally on her game. She knew the product and the processes very well. We need more women like her in these stores...She was above most the guys ability to provide equal service. Matter of fact, we started out with a guy who was fumbling badly and she stepped in to save the day and save face for the ineptness of the young man who was struggling to figure out the design software...she took the bull by the horns, AWESOME! She made the whole store look good, and I will have no problem going back to her if issues arise during the installation, I know that she will be a great ambassador for me and my satisfaction. Highly recommend her...Salesperson LXT2991, ask for her and you too will feel like the most cared for individual ever!
