These days the news is filled with employment woes, but Home Depot on Taylor St. in Green Bay, WI must do something right because they have such helpful and knowledgeable staff! Every time!

I went to a competitors store first (because it was closer to my house) but they didn’t have what I needed and Home Depot had multiples of everything I needed

If you want customer service, don't shop here. If you want rude cashiers, and long wait times then come to GB home depot. They don't care about the customer. They only care about going home. We get it, stuff is crazy right now. Everyone has a tough going these days. But they can't bring that to their job. They're in customer service. They should understand that their attitude makes or breaks a store.

Employees were helpfull and nice the store had everything i needed at a good price

I found all the flowers I was looking for. It was a very pleasant shopping trip.

We went window shopping today for our new house. Walking through the store the staff was very helpful to address questions while they were restocking. The selection was great and I sure I be visiting a bunch over the next year while I do those minor repairs around the house.

Peggy and Kurt in appliances are AWESOME!!!!!! They deserve a raise!!!

There was 2 great employees and they had great service Ashley and Loren they truly saved the day they went out of there way to hall me get a new box of screws that another employee said I would have to order! Thank you too

Recently purchased my 3rd major appliance from Home Depot and each time they have been extremely helpful because of the excellently trained sales staff. New fridge is in stock and will be delivered in 10 days. They had the best price on fridge and extended warranty as well as free delivery. Definitely a step above the rest in my experience!

The Home Depot store is always a great place to shop for all my home needs, from garden (one of the best) to home decor and all my husband's needs for his shed activities. They are high quality and good price. When we built our home, Home Depot was our go-to for high quality product. Our spiral staircase from our deck is totally awesome!

I had an ideal customer experience at this location. When I walked in I was promptly greeted and mumbled something about looking for a rectangular garden box and the gentleman pointed me to exactly what I was looking for and I found it in under 1 minute of arrival. Upon checkout the cashier wiped down my garden soil back to remove dirt for the back of my car and helped me enroll in the military discount program. 10/10 service and experience.

All the associates were friendly and showed an interest in helping me. Checkouts we’re fast.

I would give this store 5 stars if it wasn't for the cashier of our last visit.

My sales associate was Tricia and she went ABOVE and BEYOND for me in the tool department. She got out a ladder and went up to the overstock shelf and moved many heavy boxes and found me the tool bag I desired. She was very friendly & helpful !

I received the best customer service I have in a very long time. I work with customer service individuals as well as provide exceptional customer service. I would love to add Robert from Flooring and Seth from cashiers to my place of business. Outstanding customer service skills exhibited by both.

Carley was so polite, patient, and professional.

We had a problem with a shade variation in the carpeting we purchased and had installed.HD wanted to replace the carpeting but that would have required us to move all the furniture and wall hangings a second time. Instead we asked for a $500 credit. The store manager wouldn’t budge off $350. $150…really? I’m sure that’s easy to cover in order to keep a customer. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Close to my home, excellent friendly and often helpful service, has the products which I need.

Two store employees Terry and John made a miserable shopping experience made a terrible experience with very unhelpful and unqualified service desk staff satisfying one. They went above and beyond and found the stock up above. Because of staff like that I would come back. The punk at the service desk who was not helpful and said they probably didn't have any any your stock was always off and who knows when he'd be able to get us help downgraded my review number.

Jason from the plumbing area really took his time to help us & inform us. Leading to us purchasing a new refrigerator! Thanks again Jason!

I am handicapped and require the sue of one of the store's motorized shopping carts. As I navigated through the store, I found the aisles so cluttered with ladders, stair units, and pallets of merchandise, that I often had to literally push stuff out of the way. Merchandise displays were so close together that in some areas, I couldn't get close enough to what I was looking for to get a closer look at it. Throughout this experience, not one employee offered assistance.

As my husband and I walked to the entrance of this store, he had a health incident and nearly collapsed. Other customers in the parking lot immediately helped to get my husband inside the store where a clerk quickly found a chair for my husband. More than one customer even purchased a bottle of water to give to my husband on this very hot day. One customer, who also happened to be an employee of Home Depot, Tim from Aisle 15, really stepped up to help not only with the health concern but also with our intended purchase from Aisle 15. We are most impressed with the caring attention given to my husband by customers and employees of Home Depot alike. We are grateful the health problem wasn't more serious and quite relieved to have been give such immediate help and concern. Thank you!!!

Man named Gene deserves special recognition in his customer service provided!! Also, a woman named Emmy (from the Bellevue location) deserves special recognition in customer service. Both went above and beyond. Because of them I may come to a Home Depot.
