1ST CHOICE FOR ALL MY HOME NEEDS AND PROJECTS, MILITARY DISCOUNT IS AWESOME A-1 Staff. Nice to see retired people with knowledge of different crafts working and giving advice.

Flooring department/associates terrible to work with. Stores are not in alignment with the home measurement/estimating teams. Received 3 different directions on how to proceed. What I thought would be a short, make the purchase visit, turned into 1 hour 30 minutes to purchase something I had already gotten a quote for. Absolutely terrible! If not for the urgency of my flooring need and the time I had already invested into the process (home measure, floor selection, multiple phone calls for coordination), I would have gotten up, walked out of the store, and taken my business elsewhere. Will NEVER make a purchase from the Home Depot again!

Great Home Depot employees make the difference. Clean store with helpful staff willing to assist when you need it. Prices are good and you don't have to wait for 'rebate in-store credits' to save money.

For me it is about 15min ride to the store . That is great when need tool and supply.

This store was clean, employees were welcoming, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We received assistance immediately upon asking and the whole shopping experience was fast and stress free. I was able to get in snd out and back to my hone remodeling quickly! They also had all my items in stock .

Customer was not helpful

The customer service and manager availably is awesome. The employees are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Management availability and willingness too help with an issue and remedy a problem by going above and beyond is remarkable!! The store is clean and its easy to find what you need!

Friendly and helpful staff

This store lacks any customer service skills need to operate. I was very unhappy with the service which I reported to the service desk with no help. I left Green Bay West and went to Grand Chute which provided excellent customer service. I also called the Green Bay West store manager the next week and he was even less helpful. Terrible Customer Service and problem resolution!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Employees do what they can to avoid customers. When asking for assistance from two employees standing there, they both acknowledged what I needed and then walked away from me, each in a separate direction.

Your associate Terrie De Bruin made our visit and purchase enjoyable at this store. She took time to explain and check items we were interested.

Trish in lawn and garden was outstanding to work with. I purchased a snow blower and she handled the entire transaction professionally and expertly. If you need anything from that dept. of the store I highly recommend seeking her out!
