I bought pavers today and the employee loaded them all into my truck.

Thanks to the great assistance we got from Chris at Flooring we ended up having not only a great deal with carpet but also tile, plumbing and electrical needs for our entire project. We also planned for paint and Megan was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with our project. All went to our new HD credit card. Chris was very helpful setting up the entire order so we had some items to carry-out and some to pick-up at a very convenient later time.

I contacted the store about availability of a window a/c unit; was told I could pre-pay at the store to where it would be delivered, so I did. Turns out it wasn't ever available. Part of my payment was via several gift cards. When the truth came out that the a/c unit was NOT available, the store refused to refund me real cash for the purchase. I was forced to accept a store credit for almost $200.00, an amount that will take me a l-o-n-g time to spend, to use. One would think that an exception would be made to give the customer the cash for the gift card amounts. But . . . N-O! Home Depot refused to do that. Oh, yes, they accepted gladly, the almost $200.00 in gift card amounts for the purchase, but then they refused to refund an equitable amount to the customer when THEY were the ones who screwed up information about the item's availability. Oh, yeah, that's certainly [N-O-T] fair, just, nor customer-friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAD SOME PROBLEMS GETTING AN ITEM DELIVERED TO MY HOME. I CAME INTO THE STORE TO ASK ABOUT IT, AND AMI IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TOOK QUITE A WHILE WITH ME GETTING IT RESOLVED TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION.

We have remodeled a whole house with Home Depot and I needed a dryer. Greg our salesman was very knowledgeable about the dryers and he got me a year interest free. And he was just a really good salesman

Chris Lynch and Jen were absolutely wonderful to work with and I felt like i was a priority, which rarely happens in any retail environment

Shelica came to our home as a window covering designer. She did an amazing job! She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. She gave great advice and guidance as we chose the window coverings that would work best in our new home. I will not hesitate at all to use her for all my future window covering needs.

I checked out and said I had a pro-extra number which I put in and I also showed my QR code but the cashier didn't scan it said she didn't need it. I checked my receipt when I got home and no discount. I quoted the material to my customer at retail price and I get the 10% for myself but I won't get that this time.

Alicia was very helpful and answered every question we had about a full kitchen appliance set we purchased from this location! Would definitely look/ask for her to help you out on your purchase. Fast checkout, but very detailed and explains everything you need to know about the appliances you are purchasing. Overall a great experience at this location.

I cant say enough about Alicia Duran. She was a great help and made it such an easy transaction.

Purchased Flooring, Windows and refrigerator

It is taking a bit longer than expected to have my appliances installed, It would be nice to have a better service there if people is buying an installation package. There is always room for growth, other than that, smooth purchase via credit.

Great store but it can be busy. Majority of the time things are in stock but we always leave with more than what we came for. Employees can help you not only with finding right product but how to use or install it and answer any additional questions you might have. We love this store and hope they keep up good work.

Friendly, helpful staff. I can almost always find what I need and then some.

Pretty friendly store overall and easy to navigate. Usually I can strike up a short conversation with an employee or passerby and get advice for a project I'm working on. Had a great chat with a gentleman about replacing my shower handles and the whole inner assembly. I live decently close to it so it is also convenient. Overall, every trip I make to this Home Depot is pretty fun.

Chris in the flooring department went above and beyond to help me get the right floor for the right price. After negative experiences at other flooring stores I was relieved when I found someone at Home Depot that took the time to explain things to me. Not everybody is an expert, Chris took the time to educate me and helped me from start to finish over multiple phone calls and in person visits to get me taken care of.
