I find the employees at Home Depot in West Chester to go above and beyond my expectations. They are always willing to help and that is even when you have several items to find.

Purchased a Ryobi riding lawn mower. Steve in customer service went out of his way to explain all the features of the mower.

I bought a small Magic Chef Chest Freezer for my basement based largely on description and reviews on the internet. There were none on display so I bought it sight unseen in a box. I asked for help loading it but there was a small crowd waiting so I loaded it myself. Employees here are generally very helpful.

We visited to purchase a ceiling fan. Lighting guy is horrible and the employees many have this same nonchalant attitude. Go elsewhere for better service!

If you get a chance to work with Barbara at the customer service desk, you'll have a great experience. I had a special order pickup and she went out of her way to retrieve and assist in loading it. Les was also the backbone of the loading process. They were both great to help. Their smiles and upbeat attitude also helped a lot.

The employees at the West Chester Home Depot are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. This location feels like a hometown store with big box store prices. They are great and I highly recommend them.

Purchased package of kitchen appliances for new home

I visited the store to find what sized refrigerator I wanted. I planned to go online to purchase from a competitor once I had a size in mind. Fortunately I came to this store and encountered Steven Paul. He is the appliance guru! I would gladly send my grandma to buy from him. He’s knowledgeable, he’s trustworthy, and brings that old-school service that seems to be missing in this world. He didn’t mind that the store was closing. He was willing to stay all night to do his job. I’m beyond impressed with this store and my experience!

Our bathroom remodel project was professionally managed and completed to our satisfaction. The choice of contractor to perform the service was well within the expertise of the contractor to perform the work. Scheduling and planning to take measurements was timely and regular updates on changes to schedule were made. The contractor performing the work was very professional

We have bought a refrigerator and washer and dryer in the last 10 months and everyone is always willing to help and answer questions. We did not have that same experience at the competitor so we keep coming back!!

We have a bunch of employees that went above and beyond. First off, Steve the lawn and garden supervisor was fantastic. First interaction on the phone he was very helpful and driving sorta far away to get to this location he was even more helpful in person so it was worth it. He helped devise a plan of action to get us our lawn mower the next day. The following morning he showed us our assembled mower and worked really hard to get us taken care of. Jack at customer service really helped us out with transportation upon discovery there were no load and go’s available. Hope was also a nice cashier! The other Steve from lawn and garden took the time to go over the controls and functions of the lawnmower while loading it for us. Also extremely helpful and professional. These team members went above and beyond to display what customer service should look like for the Home Depot organization.

This Home Depot store had an impressive well stock selection of products! Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Would have given five stars if manager would have actually cared about his customers rather than making more money. I shouldn't of had to pay the price I paid for something that didn't even come with a box. Even if it's the last one. ( Ones with boxes were same exact price) . The fact this store is flipped around more than any other store and you waste time walking around trying to find what you need. Not good if you own a business and are limited on time

Needed to purchase a washer and dryer. Steven Paul was very knowledgeable , he answered all my questions, looked online for three different models . He was very helpful, courteous and helpful he made my experience a good one . Your lucky to have him as an employee.

Reduced hours are inconvenient. Turned away for a pickup order when arriving just before close. Competitors stay open till 10.

I recently purchased a gas grill. I was assisted through the check out quickly. But, then I had to wait 45 minutes for a manager with a key to unlock the chain which held them in the front of the store.

It was great that you had the merchandise I needed in stock. The employees Grant and John were very helpful and efficient making it very easy to shop at Home Depot. Thank you!

Great shopping experience!!

The store was nice. Checkout was fast. Nobody there to load my 50 bags of mulch so I loaded it myself. The worker comes out when I’m on bag number 40 and tells me I have too much. He proceeds to talk to the customer in the car behind me while I load my last 10 bags. On the 50th bag he comes over and says I’ll get that. Literally put 1 bag out of 50 in my truck. If you can’t do the job tell the manager not to assign you to that work station.
