Are Kids Workshops offered at the Thompson Home Depot?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are an excellent choice for birthdays, housewarming parties, and the holidays. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to receive and to give. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our stores. If you receive a gift card, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Redeem our gift cards in-store or use them to shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Thompson offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5. We'll bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
