Hampton Bay refers their low voltage 50 watt equivalent LED as a wall wash light, I refer to them as Security Lights for my 1/2 acre, lighting the darkest areas as wide as it does distance. Hampton Bay came out with this new feature providing 3 different settings, warm, soft and bright. Do not let the package description change color of light fool you. The color is white but with the small knob located on the back of the lens allows you to adjust the brightness to 3 different settings No lightbulb to change, guaranteed to last 5 years. Assembly requires a transformer, the voltage cable needs to be pinched so prongs connect to wire that is connected to a transformer. I recommend wrapping with electrical tape before burying wires underground. From the stake up to the entire casing is made of a Strong Metal Construction that doesn't rust, crack or break. I have been using Hampton Bay Wall Wash Lights for years and add more and more which makes me feel safer and lights up the yard and I can see my dogs when they go out at night.

Slowing working my way around the house lighting up the walls with wash lights. We have chosen the Hampton Bay LED low voltage light to use as they are energy efficient and all work well together with the Hampton bay transformer. This particular 'flood' light is used for a broad wall area as it has a 98 degree beam angle. It lights up the gate, wall and pathway well. We use the middle temperature setting (3000K) for a nice warm look. So far these lights have worked well.

Lumens dial is stiff to turn. Had to use channel locks to turn dial. I have over 50 lights.
