When once a Veteran was able to get a 10% discount simply by showing their VA or Military ID at checkout, they now have to put an app on their phone to get it. We all know how apps drain phones, collect personal information, and pop up on our personal websites. Some Veterans don't have smart phones. This is a discriminatory practice and a slap in the face to ALL Veterans! It will be reported to the FTC, FCC, My states Attorney General, my Congressman and Senator, and anyone else I can think of. Being a disabled Veteran I have the time to rock the boat!

This store has an fantastic cadre of store employees who go out of their way to assist you. Returns are easy and convenient.

Service and convenience is what I look for and find at the Aberdeen Home Depot. In and out thanks to the knowledgeable sales associate. I had a question about a product and was directed to exactly where I would find it. As I said: in and out and totally satisfied.

I came in looking for a very specific plumbing fitting and not sure where to find it. Francis offered a helping hand, took the time, listened to my problem and found me exactly what i needed. He was pleasant and easy to talk to throughout the entire process.

Great store. Great help. Great experience. I'm glad we were met with a helpful staff and a great organized store.

I was disappointed when I visited the paint section in the store. The lady working that section was dismissive and rude. We waited at the counter for her to greet us and she acted as if she didn’t see us. She avoided eye contact by looking away or down. We waited 5-10 mins before we just walked away. In that time of us waiting she still did not make eye contact.

Today's visit to home depot was much better that usual. Robert, Mark, and Rob combined to help with several purchases. They even crossed departments to help. Thanks

Even though there were employees in the store they was no help. No one greeted me, said hello or asked if they could help. When loading large bags of mulch, stone or landscape bricks no one offered to help.

This store has become so much better over the past 15 years. I now live close to the area and continually see the same customers in/out of this store. Customer oriented staff. It seems they are still trying to get organized, but I view this as continual progress.

I returned some LED bulbs to be swapped for the same brand & quantity but a different type of light and although the shelf prices were the same for the returned items and the required items, I was charged $2.44 as I didn't have a receipt.

Waited 45 minutes for workers to bring in 2 different empty lumber supplies, finally left and drove to edgewood Home Depot and was in out like normal, aberdeen is terrible

Lexi the store mgr and Tony the Asst Mgr are the best and very pleasant and professional. Jaclyn is the best front end manager. I would never go back over the the Edgewood location, the new store mgr their is unprofessional and it shows because the staff exhibit the same unprofessionalism as the store mgr. Lexi I thank you and the Aberdeen Store for always being so professional and always making customers feel like customers and not just a number.

Had the pleasure of meeting Matt in flooring/paint who helped me find what I was looking for! He showed interest and was attentive to my needs! He was friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions with knowledge and support. Also had a great experience at self check out with Becca! It appears that Home Depot hired some good quality employees on their team!

Cassandra "Cass", kitchen designer at the Aberdeen store, was an enormous help with the design of our galley kitchen. She was very knowledgeable about HD's line of cabinet products, gave us tips and ideas and patiently answered our many questions. In the end she produced a great 3D computer design of our new kitchen layout which we are very happy with! Her customer service skills exceeded our expectations and she is just a nice person all around.

I was very disappointed on my last visit to this Home Depot. Maria, cashier, was very rude to me and less than helpful. When the register would not cooperate in order to apply my military discount, she told "too bad" and that i should have used the app to make my purchase instead. Other employees in the area came to assist but Maria just turned her head and leaned up against the side of her register as acting bothered. I told her she was being rude and she just gruffed at me.

Paid for a ton of pellets was told where to pull my truck, pulled there and waited over an hour and a half to get them loaded. After 20 min of waiting I went in and was told the loader was stuck so I went back out and waited the rest of the hour and a half. When I came back in the initial lady that helped me threw her hands up and said she didn’t want anything to do with it and tried to send me back down to customer service. I paid almost $300 and had to stand around for an hour and A half. Not one person said they were sorry for making me wait an hour and a half nor did they make any accommodations or price adjustments.

I had to return a $600 machine that broke on first use after I had thrown out the box. Three employees all gave me the same positive answer and one took sufficient extra time to help me select a sturdier option online that fit my price range.

I was looking for a specific bulb that was supposed to be on the shelf. An employee helped me find it pretty quickly!

Walking past return cashier Deborah with extremely heavy load on cart, I asked if I could check out there instead of pulling all the way across the store. Had already pulled from the back of outside area, and that register was not open. She said sure, and rang up my purchase there. Saved me those extra steps. Thank you Deborah!
